I want to change my network from vodafone to reliance. I called them on 23rd of June and they told me that their representative would contact me in next four hours. And their representative did call me but with wrong information. He said i can't port out of vodafone network as i needed to be using vodafone for atleast about 3 months(90 days). According to them i had just remained with their network for 60 days so i am not allowed to port out. I tried to explain them that i have been using vodafone for more than 90 days but they were not motivated. Then i called back on the vodafone care no, this time i didn't mention that i want to port out, i simply asked them to tell me date on which my sim was activated. I was right it was 100 days old. So really felt bad, a company like vodafone using lies to retain its customers. They should be heavily penalised for their acts. Ever since i have been calling them for Upc Code and they always keep on saying that their representative will call in next four hours. But never did their representative call me till now. I have called them atleast ten time but they dont care to respond back.
