i am mohit katiyar, My Number is 9555453697, i am using reliance gsm services, i am permanent your customer. I am living in New delhi and i am facing my problem these are..........


1- i am trying your customer care number but after computer massage call not connected to customer care. this is big problem .

2- after two or three days my balance cut from my main balance , when i call to customer care he send back my money but again two days you cut my balance. i have complaint to customer care , he says to me again your balance will not cut but it happens again.

3- Three days ago he cut my Rs. 10 till then i am trying to contact to to customer care but call not connect so plz refund my money.

4-i had recharge std tarrif ( perhaps it was rs 25). but always was my call rate more then 0.45 paise/ min but according to ur tarrif it should be 0.25 . it was not.

5- plz solve my big problem that i mention in 2 and 3 number . please resolve and std problem are also big, always i facing that problem.

6-why your customer care number not working in proper way.

7- i have complaint , my complaint no. is 167579156,

My number is 7620189159 before two day i got a message from your side which was included in call deduction msg that ..."25p/min sabhi STD call sirf 37 ke rech ke sath,val 30 din." this msg is inculded with my call deduction information ...According to this msg i recharged with 37 rupees and for only one day my STD charge was 25/min from yesterday onwards 40p/min STD call charges are deducted ...when i called in your customer care service than they said ...only 200 min will be charged with 25p/min after that 40p/min will be deduted for every STD call ...If i already know this mind of things will happens in india top most company ..than i will try for 1r/3min pack why should i go for this ...
I know also have the same reply .....only 200 min and all that ...if you have any solution than post it to me or i am going to change my service provider in next month .....
I want my money back or convert the pack to 1r/3min for my std calls ....
If you are not able to solve this problem than i will understand what kind of people are sitting their.......
