Dear All,

As per the subject i am your customer was used your tataindicom number asked
you some question:

1.I was using your number which was 9212201116 from the last one and half
year and I left this number in the month of February 2009 and after that due
to some reason I have not finalized the bill settlement which was Five
thousand and seventy four rupees only.* In this particular reason was
because I was hospitalized due to spin fracture* and for this reason I was
no able for the above said.

2.After one and half month I have got the call from tataindicom recovery
agents and at that time I have committed him that I will paid this bill.

*3.Now in the month of july again I have got the call from tataindicom
recovery agents on the dated of 8th of July 2009 and at that time also I
have commited that I will paid the bill after a week because I am
hospitalized but after that continuously I have got the call on my number
and even I am surprised to know that the recovery agent was calling to my
every family member(Brother,Sister,Nephew and Brother in Law).*

*4.The person who used to called me up he daily used to say that I am
calling from R.K Puram Police Station and my name is S.K.Joshi and here I am
working as Sub-Inspector and I recived your file for not padding the bill
than I said ok I will paid but as above said he daily used to called me up
and finaly from the date of 13th of july till 14th july 2009 he has called to
us and call was more than 50 calls and on eac and every call he was
threading us and he has really abused by saying very ugly words which I am
same and I can not write here.*

*5.This person S.K.Joshi he used to called me up from the respective
numbers:9310680163 and 9310680164 and even from the same number Ihave the
call from other person also somebody says I am calling from Crime Branch
some body says from Patiala house court and here surprisingly I should tell
you that the same person using different name and department.*

*6.Now as customer and as citizen of india and well educated who knows that
firstly there is no such divison in the Delhi Police which recover the bill
so here I put the question mark against TATAINDICOM and TRAI and asked you
to that there is any department if yes than tell me where?Secondly if NO
than This is an case of 420.*

7.Third question as I better know that our government and Our Supreme Court
and High Court has made the rule some year back that nobody can push or
harrashed the people from recovery agent whatever is there that is from Bank
or this case Bill also if any body do the so than customer has right to
approach the Court So here there is no such question that* I will definitely
go to the Court and File the case against TATA and this particular person
and I will asked the court the who has given the right to the TATA and this
person S.K.Joshi who was abusing us so ugly and threating us.*

8.If this is so than I same on my self who has choosen the TATAINDICOM that
this is best cellular company in india but unfortunately I have to say that
I will never go for TATA’s.because if I will get abusing language from tata
than why should I I go for TATA.

*9.Now my bullet question from TRAI in all this happened situation with me I
have enquired about this person the this number from which I have got the
call and I have found that the above given number from which I have go the
call this number is from the name of Deepak Batra and address belongs to
North Delhi Rohni.*

10.So now my question is that in all these call I have not found any Deepak
Batra so if this person S.K.Joshi using the different ID than I same on TRAI
Rules.

11.Now finally if there is any one who can here me than i want all the
answer from the particular person.

*12.One thing I wanna tell you this all happens with me before & after
paying the bill and here I am mentioning the detail of that:Reciept
No:12297562 and after this all I am continuously getting the call from
recovery agents for abusing me and threating me which is so called again
from the name of S.K.Joshi the so called Sub-Inspector from R.K.Puram Police
station New Delhi or from Crime branch or from Patiala house court wow what
recovery agents and TATA Which gave this responsibility to so quite and
genuine person.*

*I want an action from all of you to the TATAINDICOM AND this particular
person and as a customer this is my request and this is my concern also.*

*Please help me out if there is any one to listen.*

*Kindly revert back me ASAP.*
