    Default Airtel prepaid card

    Dear Sir,
    My name is Sitaram Vaidya I am using Airtel prepaid card for last five
    year & no. is 9892341513. But last month one girl called me from Airtel &
    told Airtel schemes her name was Rita. I purchased Airtel postpaid I choose
    one number & told her.but my Prepaid converted in to postpaid by her
    mistake. I inform her. This is your mistake & she is agreed. she apologize
    me & request me to go to Airtel gallery I went Airtel gallery in Airtel
    gallery executive confirm with Rita then Rita admitted her mistake &
    executive request to her send a mail further process till now. But she do
    not send a mail. without mail Airtel take didn't any action They said we
    can't help you first you tell dealer send a email after we sole your
    problem. But dealer not receive my phone I don't know dealer address I know
    only her mobile no. her mobile no. is 9867046381/82. So what I do. I need
    your help

    Default Airtel Prepaid

    Myself P. K. Johari, I have a Government sim card for Airtel Prepaid
    services in which I had offer to call at 25 Paise and for the recharge of
    995 Rs / Year and I used to get 386 Rs talk time and now after 2 years I
    have received and email from the company saying that from my mobile account
    every day 1 RS will be deducted so it's getting costly for me as I have 2
    different numbers.

    Actually it's also not about money but a promise that you did while
    providing us this service and that's not getting fulfilled.

    So my kind request is to get this things sorted as I have lots more of my
    staff waiting for to file this complaint in Consumer Court for the same.

    Pls. send a written complaint to the Nodal Officer of the Co. If you are not able to get the information, pls. provide us your complete address, according to which we can suggest you the contact details of the Co. Nodal Officer.

    Default I lost my Government sim card

    Hi Sir,

    My name is Kishor, I used one AirTel sim card ( no. 9867721172) which is call rates are Air to Air = 10 paisa & Air to Other = 30 paisa........
    That card given me by 1 of my friend who not contact with me now....

    Last month 10 December I lost my cell phone, sim card also. After that i contact Lower Parel Air Tell HO, but i didn't get any response, Actually i want this no. again How should i get?

    Default airtel government scheme

    i had taken a airtel sim card (government) ; but from last 18 months daily Rs.1 gets deducted from my balance ;even after repeated enquiry and complaints there no positive response .
