Airtel Prepaid Customer Care

    Default Airtel Prepaid Customer Care

    Hi,

    Now I am using idea network my number (9884236388)

    First I used Vodafone network, my office have network problem. That’s why I changed my network to IDEA. It’s also have same problem. I want to my mobile network change (MNC).

    Already three times I gave UPC code and document request. Three times he rejected my request. First time airtel side I get reason “Document Problem”. It’s my mistake also bcoz I given my document in local recharge shop.

    But another two times I submitted my document in Chennai Nungambakkam Airtel Showroom. This two times also it’s Rejected my request.

    When I called Airtel (OR) Idea to check the reason they are not giving any answer regarding this query. Airtel told Idea side problem. Idea told Airtel side problem.

    First only how airtel know that rejection reason “Document Problem”. So Airtel know this two reason then why its not give correct responses. Airtel Prepaid Customer Care wasted my time.

    Three times I changed UPC code (per UPC code 15 days validity 15*3=45 more then 45 days I’m facing this problem) Airtel Prepaid Customer Care wasted my time.

    First I want to MNC rejection reason and I need to change my mobile network change (MNC).

    Mr. Karthik

    Would suggest you sincerely that please if you dont want to spoil your health dont opt for AIRTEL. They would charge you for any service they want to and wont refund your money whatever the case may be, they have excuse for all the deductions being made.
