Reliance Smart still cuts the balance without any reason.

    Angry Reliance Smart still cuts the balance without any reason.

    This has happened to me many a times now but the last incident is unbearable. I was on a trip to Hyderabad when Reliance Smart has deducted Rs. 30 from by balance without any confirmation or information on 21st June, 2011. When I complained about it on 22nd June, 2011 then they told me that some GURUBANI services has been activated on my mobile no. 9681499802 (of which I received no confirmation message). Then when I complained that I have not activated that service then they have discontinued it without refunding my money. I demanded my money back then they took my complain as AGAINST DND and not about refunding the money.
    Today, on 23rd, I again tried to follow up then I got the news that they have taken my wrong complain. I have already complained about it but I know that nothing will happen as this is the usual work of Reliance Communication now.

    Hence, I want to post the following complains, so that atleast all other consumer might know that what cheap tactics are being played against us by Reliance:

    1. I am a Marwari residing at Kolkata then why would I be using GURUBANI services.
    2. No confirmation message or even no updates relating to GURUBANI services were given to me after deducting my balance.
    3. When I complained about the fact on 22nd on around 8.45pm then a wrong complain was taken by AMREEKA RAKSHIT and did not even bothered to forward me the complaint no. (I took that no. today by once again calling them; Complaint No.: 155477884)
    4. My current complaint no. is 155516227 and when I told them to complain against that particular Madam AMREEKA RAKSHIT then they denied.

    If such things continue in the near future who knows what quantity of consumers Reliance will have
