    Angry Airtel MNP Prepaid Offer problem

    Hi,

    I'm Airtel pre-paid customer (after Ported-in).They sent me one offer thru SMS(menioned below) at time of port-in.Till now i didn't get the offer.I called to customer care, they told that Airtel having only '1p/sec' and '50p/min' offers.

    Below sms received on 28-03-2011 from Airtel:

    "Welcome 2 Airtel.Your offer ofr next 180 daysLocalA2A@1/2p/sec,A2A Night call@1p/6sec,OtherLocal@2p/3sec,STD@5P/6SEC,100Local+National SMS Free daily"

    Also,I could not able to call STD landlines.I have reported to the customer care, till now they didn't responded.

    Please advice on above.

    Default MNP is not functioning

    i had opted for MNP from BSNL to AIRTEL for my mobile number 9440340406 on 11.07.2011. on 19.07.2011 i received a confirmation that portability is completed. i am getting SMS on my mobile. but i am unable to recharge the mobile to call and i am not receiving any calls. My balance is showing NIL and validity is blank. when i contacted the 121 from another mobile i was told to recharge with Rs.28.00.The recharge was not successful. again on cantacting 121 i was told to recharge with Rs.35.They say the portability is complete.in order activate the number the recahrge is necessary. but even Rs.35 recharge is not successfull. i am unable to call nor receive for my above number.
    i tried to contact 121 again, i am not been directed to customer service executive, but i am only getting recorded message to dial *121# to know my phone number status. i am not getting any information, except "please try after some time"
    will the airtel authorities help me out

    Angry Airtel MNP Problem

    The customer care first called me and lured into getting my BSNL number ported to Airtel. So, as they told i generated a UPC code and sent it to them on 22nd OCT. Later on 2nd Nov I got a message that my number will be ported to Airtel. On 3rd Nov when i tried using my number with the new Airtel sim card, i was getting error message that Sim card registration failed. On the other hand my old BSNL sim was also not working as i was only able
    to make outgoing calls from that number, i was not able to receive incoming calls. I am stuck in the middle now, with neither
    of the connections working.

    This is complete responsibility of Airtel, even now when i am trying to get in touch with the Airtel customer care, instead of helping
    me out, they are telling that i am lying and this is not possible.
