    hey AIRTEL you are a big cheater in this whole world. you close my number without
    information without notice and without any reason. and after long discussion you
    told me that this not possible for again run that number. but now i see that my
    number 9871316146 is now running on other behalf of person. after use 3 year you
    give this to your customer (ek dokha)? i was also your old customer but you did not
    do with me good.
    please if you have humanity do something for my number.i m sending this email to
    delhi chief minister or more other consumer helpline...



    Hi airtel nodel officer...

    i m your prepaid user (09871316146). i m using prepaid number from 3 years.
    i purchase this num when the lifelong validity just came by airtel in delhi..
    well on 10th jan 2009 approx 2 o clock this number dead. on the screen
    view a message that SIMCARD REGISTRATION FAILED. i tried to everywhere
    in your customer care service i have visited on airtel outlet also. but
    no response finally i came to knw that my number is under your any rules
    regulation. UNKE ANUSAAR ME IS NUMBER KO COMMERCIAL USE ME LE RAHA HU JABKI
    ESA HAI NAHI PEHLI BAAT. DUSRI BAAT AGAR HUM USE KARTE BHI HO TO HUMARI
    MARJI HUMARA PESA HUMNE NUMBER ISLIYE LIYA HAI KI KALKO AP HUMARE SATH
    ESA KAROGE? OR AGAR ESE RULE HAI TO HUME AAPNE BATANA CHAIYE OR NUMBER
    BAND KARNE SE PEHLE NOTICE BHEJNA CHAIYE.. i m a student and doing part
    time job. i have two numbers one is tata and second airtel. airtel is my
    primary number for receive the calls. i m using approx 30-50 rupees talktime
    in everymonth. my numer is not in commercial use so how can you block my
    number and why are you not giving me proper instruction you just block
    my number without reason without notice. why? is this good? is this your
    service? i m sending this mail to you with some helpfull organisation email
    ids. so do action for me other wise i have to knock another door for help.....

    Default Automatic service activation

    Dear airtel nodel officer...

    i m your prepaid user (9970958870). i m using prepaid number from 2.5 years.
    This airtel card is AirtelFriends Card.On this airtel number their are two airtel
    services activated (1.Airtel Frnd Chat and
    2.Airtel Spicy messages service).I have not sent any message on my number to
    activate these
    services and in last weak my balance deducted Rs:10 for airtel friend chat service
    as well as Rs:10 for Airtel Spicy Message service,
    But I dont know how these service on my airtel prepaid number and
    also i m not know these services activated on what time.
    Please check my airtel number detail and solve my query.
    i also called to custemer care executive(Sachin Bhosale)
    but my request was not satisfied succesfully.
    then after 10 minutes i was again call to customer care executive at that
    time my request was not fullfilled.
    Please Refund my balnce and Stop these services.
    will you ask first before activatins of that type of services.
    i hope my request will fullfilled by you.

    Dear Mr. Chavan,

    You have already lodged your complaint with the nodal officer and the Nodal officer of any Telecom Company will have to provide you solution within 10 working days. So. wait for the response of the Nodal officer, if the response is positive pls. inform us for the same but if you got no response from him within this time period pls. let us know about that too.

    Exclamation disconnection without notice not even intimation

    Dear Airtel Nodal officer..

    I am your prepaid user 9815244900. I used this number as postpaid for a year and I got this number add on wit other number 9815744900 which I am using since 6 years. But I made both my these numbers prepaid 7 months back, And I recharged both with life time plan. And in these 7 months I was never told that I have to recharge these numbers with in every 6 months with 200 Rs. I neither got a message from you nor a call. Without any notification my number 9988997817 is disconnected while other(9815744900) is working as unknowingly I recharged it. But I need my that number in every condition. It is a clear fraud,as it is not on your database either. The validity shown in that number was till 2011, and so I was supposed to relax till than. The disconnected number also had some balance about 20 Rs. You please restart my number as soon as possible,Otherwise I am forced to take some other legal action.

    Default airtel wap gclub.in service subscription

    my balance is being deducted from last two months continuosly for the service which i never activated. The website which is being told(gclub.in) doesnt exists.I have been charged about Rs 100 uptill now. I am a sutdent and i have to manage my money but becoz of this i am getting too much irritated. I called the customer care . They ensure me that balance will be refunded whicha has never happened. my no is 9096322549......Please help me out of this .............

    For your complaint you will have to send a written complaint to the nodal officer of the Company. Pls. provide us your complete residential address as soon as possible, to get the contact details of your Area Circle, Nodal officer.

    Default Recharged money is not added to my balance

    Dear airtel nodel officer...

    I am your prepaid user (9960154152). i m using prepaid number since last 3.5 years.

    I had done recharge of Rs. 88 on 19th August. Actually, I had received sms from airtel syaing that recharge with Rs. 88, 77.80 Rs. will be received immediately and remaining 10.20 paise will be added to the account within 48 hrs.

    Till now I haven't received remaining amount from Airtel. For this, I have already called customer care 4 times and everytime my compalint is registered and it was promised that my account will be credited rs. 10.20 within 48 hrs.

    The question is not about 10.20 paise. The question is about faith on Airtel. Is Airtel really following up the promises they make. This is the worst ever experience I've got from Airtel.

    Secondly, few months back, I had received call from Airtel saying you are using Airtel since quite a long time, so Airtel will be giving you Hello tune subscription free of cost and you don't need to pay a single penny. I gave my favourite song and it got activated on my phone. But, then I came to know that Rs. 30 have been deducted from my account. Again I called back Customer care and they refunded me Rs. 30 and deactivated the hellotune subscription.
    But, what if I had not checked my account balance at that time? Airtel has really done cheating with me.

    Can I get answers to these questions?

    Default prepaid mob not activate from 31.08.2009 to till date

    this is mukesh goswami my mobile no. is 9818284598 this number was missplaced by me and it was blocked. when i took duplicate no8991100901148411077 on dated 31.08.2009 but that is not activate till date
    when i talk to air tel centre every time differ statement wag given by ms. renu. her statement is totaly wrong she is the executive in airtel relationship center shop no1, jalvayu vihar, sector -25 noida.

    now i want registered my complant in cosumer court.

    Default Network problem for airtel

    I am writing this complaint in behalf of the full students of the campus of All India Institute of Speech and Hearing, Mysore. Being a central government institute and has a minimum of around 350 airtel customers, we are facing such a horrible situation here that we need to make a minimum of 5 attempts to talk in phone for a minute.
    We are not understanding, why the authorities are so irresponsible that , they are providing such a poor network facilities in such a crowded place.
    We are still using the airtel services only because we have got some faith on the same.
    Expecting a favorable action .....

    Default blocked my no and issuse another person

    This is bring noties to you that i am using of airtel no 9805345822 last 9 and 10 months continue.last four five days Suddenly my number is blocked. i have call to customer care .That person told me this number is issuse is another person. i said that person how is posible one number give to two person. and what is the resion of block my number.this number i have using busniess parpuse.i need this number.so plz help me .....what should i do..give me advise....my e mail id is vijay_banti97@yahoo.com

    Default non recharge of prepaid card

    Yesterday, I purchased one prepaid card having its 16 digit code No.9235287225197420 and tried to recharge mobile No. 9908183291 belonging to my daughter S.K. Asha, but a message called this number has already been used for six times, even today morning also, another number printed on the card below that code number is 1510909034356496, this is for your reference.

    The abovee card was taken from a mobiel shop situated at RTC cross roads in Hyderabad called Satguru mobiles. I want to know the reason for such a message when the card was scratched and it is not getting recharged, the amount of coupen being Rs.30/- If your message is correct, please let me know to which mobile user has used it before, and send your reply to me on my mail id anajag2002@yahoo.co.in by today evening or send message to mobile No. 9908183291 or 9390157659.

    Hope that you will look into the matter and give your satisfactory reply at the earliest.

    Default poor network facilities

    I am writing this complaint in behalf of my AIRTEL sim card no. 09890544867, my no always showing about of range or not reachable or directly disconnected. because of this i loss my concern people and also loss my opportunity related to work. i am facing such a horrible situation here that we need to make a minimum of 5 attempts to talk in phone for a minute.
    We are not understanding, why the authorities are so irresponsible that , they are providing such a poor network facilities in such a crowded place(kalyan,Maharashtra).
    We are still using the airtel services only because we have got some faith on the same.
