    Dear Sir,
    I purchase airtel friends(new) which having calling rates 10paisa/min to friends and campous. they are correct for 2 days. after that the charges are 37paise/min for any call. i dont know what type of skim is this. i have complained for it on cust care . but they cut my call all the time last time they forward my complaint and give me ref num.0725606392. and no action taken. what can i do?

    I am Rahul ,i was using the Airtel no for more than 3years and it was working nicely,Presently i am in Switzerland for my One year deputation.it started fron 2009 october ,,and hear i was able to use the Airtel connection.but last week..it says that my SIM registration is failed...
    I would like to put a complaint against this..since i was using this sim for receing SMS forn my CLients in India and i will be doing back to india by this october


    So i need this sim back..so pls enquire about the reason of this failure ,,

    Default Not showing the balance & call cost

    Dear Airtel Nodel Officer,

    I am using the Airtel (Karnataka Circle) since April – 2010.For the first month there was no problem. After one month of activation the problem of not showing up the “last call cost” & the balance after each call begins. Whenever I check the balance by pressing *123# or *121# then it is showing “Request not completed” or “Not Allowed”. I have submitted this complaint 5 times in the customer care. But there is of no use. Still the problem persists. I can not access my account information like balance & validity.

    What I have to do now? My number is 9663351315

    It is the same thing Reliance was doing this to me and I left Reliance
    And now Airtel has started sending unsolicited messages to my mobile 9535838338 from 55381
    A company of this repute should not be doing this I was very happy with Airtel until now but this is very disgusting from you Airtel.
    Stop this shit right away before I decide to leave you.
    There is no one there at Airtel Customer Care to adress this concern of mine with no solution in sight
    I think I have to quit Airtel.

    Angry Airtel service deactivation without any call or message ot any intimation

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am using my Airtel prepaid since December 2008, almost 2 and 1/2 years with same number. But on 12th Aug. 2010 evening I found my Airtel service deactivated. There was no prior calls or messages from Airtel in this regard. when I called Customer care they told me to resubmit my Address proof documents again. Though it is a customer harassing act, I submitted the documents at Asiatic Agency (Airtel Relationship centre) in Bhubaneswar. But till now my Airtel service has not been activated.
    I also called the nodal office, to my surprise they asked me to provide them the contact number of Asiatic Agency. It is ridiculous.
    As I am using this number for last 2 years, i don't want to change my contact number. So please take immediate action to activate my number and take serious action against Airtel for this type of irresponsible response from Airtel.

    Cheap Telcom trick / 55381 SMS

    You will receive unsolicited SMS saying you had subscribed for these services and you complaint to the Airtel Customer Care and they will just register your complaint and then nothing happens.

    Hei this is a cheap trick by Airtel to increase their VAS business and blames the third party vendors. Not just Airtel every telecom provider in India does this. Poor fellows in sales when they are pressurised for sales figures they go all th way doing these cheap tricks to enhance their business.

    And also please note that all the telemarketing calls you get are with the consent of these telecom providers. The senior officers to the field sales executive sells the number databases in excel sheets.

    my mobile no is 9970456901. Yesterday (02.09.10)i put a request to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid connection. But still my prepaid connection is not activeted because of which i m not receiving any phone calls.

    Hey, Airtel. You are a big cheater. I get a text message 'Gokulashtami...' and thinking that it is from a friend I press the open button. Lo, it says 'loading....' and when I cancel that, the next message is 'You have been charged Rs.50' and the available amount is reduced from my prepaid account.

    PLEASE STOP ALL YOUR SERVICE MESSAGES. I AM NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR PROMOTION MATERIAL AND THIS CHEATING. My mobile number is 9901477595

    Default imposing caller tune without any request and to deduct service chargess

    Dear Airtel Nodel Officer...

    I am your prepaid user (9560089807).
    Though I have not sent any message on my number to
    activate any CALLER TUNE but this service has been activated for 2 nd months in succession and my balance has been deducted. I also called to custemer care no. but no actioN was taken on my request.

    I request to immeiately discontinue the ABOVE service and also TO REFUND THE CHARGES DEBITED ON THIS ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY.
    i hope immediate action shall be taken on my request.

    Deactivated Airtel Sim Card
    Hi,
    I am Nirav Patel, I bought Airtel Sim Card, Having Sim Card Number :- 07259510795 before 3 months.
    From the begining I had so many queries regarding Balance cut n all. I enquired about the same, they fixed the problem.
    But after suddenly my airtel card has been deactivated, I inquired through mail, they wanted to sumbmit documents once again. But now as per the customer care, my card has been deactivated so it can not start once again.

    I bought the card in 95 Rupees. and I had balance around 50-100 Rupees.

    Please find the attached mail detail, which i sent to nodal officer. But nodal officer didnt reply back to my mail.
