    Angry Complain on agent Lal and others

    I had called a month back on airtel customer support. my number is 9890761163. and had spoken to a lot of agents as i had recharged a voucher of 67 for 1500 messages pack as i used to get the message on my cell. but after me did a 2nd recharge of 150 talktime the service got deactivated so me had called ur customer support they just made me wait saying it will be done and me even spoke to 3 supervisors 1 was a grl. after a very long time they activated and angrily said u cant avail the offer from next month as me was using the same offer from past 2-3 mnts and it was working fine. neither did the customer support refunded my money which was getting cut cause the service wasent active neither did they extend the dates of the service in anger. later after a week or so me automatically started getting messages on my cell with a lot of services getting activated eg:some tunes.... on saturday 25th May 2010 which i never do n all my balance got deleted. so me called the customer support the girl i spoke to was so rude that she didnt just started shouting n denied to listen since she said my name was listed in some list they they cant speak properly to like these users and deactivated the services. if im wrong im sorry but i dnt understand why had i to be blamed for being human even we know that ur agents purposly have activated incorrect services and messed with my account. if im wrong for asking my refund my service getting screwed and 1 of ur agent had grudges against ur customer then do let me know if its ur service which is disgusting please improve and solve my problem as there are better vendors but just for the number sake we cnt do any thng..... i just remember 1 supervisor whose name was Lal whom i spoke to and the rest names should be in ur system the best way out is please monitor the calls which u can do and see for ur self how rude ur agents are to improve the quality of ur service and would be helpful if u refund me the balance for 1 of ur agents nasty behaviour and please let me know how were the services activated without me doing anythng on my mobile on satuardy morning......     hey AIRTEL you are a big cheater in this whole world. you close my number 987870033 without
    information without notice and without any reason. In this case Airtel feel sorry but did not give any positive response I have submitted three times my ID proof or reactivation but you did not give any response & also ask for Resubmitted Document again for the same purpose.As my feeling my doc. misused by you.

    information without notice and without any reason. and after long discussion you
    told me that this not possible for again run that number. but now i see that my
    number 9929702471 is now running on other behalf of person. after use 3 year you
    give this to your customer (ek dokha)? i was also your old customer but you did not
    do with me good.
    please if you have humanity do something for my number.i m sending this email to
    delhi chief minister or more other consumer helpline...

    I m an airtel prepaid GSM user of Dehradun. I am facing alot of problems related to network .The signal strength is too low in Ladpur and Daipur areas of dehradun.Sometimes situation becomes horrible when it takes 10 -15 attempts to make a call with different types of recorded responses.it is very often to hear my mother's number that number does not exist or please check the number u hav dialed but after 10 -15 attempts call is made.I am unable to call any of TATA DOCOMO subscriber from my no from dehradun but as I go outside dehradun communication wth docomo users can easily done.
    Regarding these issues i have complained a number of times but the customer support cell gives me the same response every time that your complain number is this and within few days your problem will be solved but I am still waiting for that day.regarding this i have made contact with nearest airtel outlet they are saying there is no issue with airtel in your area henece they cant do any thing.............

    Angry Fault regarding talktime on topups

    Dear sir
    it is to draw your kind attention towards the wrong talktime amount that is being inculcated in my airtel mobile
    i use a tamil nadu sim with the no. 9566809436 and i recharged with a topup of rs 100. I am supposed to get talktime amt. Worth rs 88 but i received a message that the talktime is only re 1.

    Default Deduction of balance regularly from my number without any activation.

    Sir I m having a problem with your services. from last week onwards my balance is continuously deducting from my number without any activation of any kind of service. before 29/may/10 there was deduction of 10 rupees balance from my number according to airtel that i had activated lara blog, but there was no such services activated by me.
    secondly 29/May10 onwards 10 rupees was deducted because of that airtel said i hav activated radio mirchi service. and today i receive a msg from airtel that i have started rintones service on my airtel and today 10 rupees was deducted from my account. this is not fair. airtel is doing cheating. i want my 30 rupees back. my number is 9501939193

    I am using Airtel Prepaid Connection bearing no 9996659633 from the last one year. It was suddenly got unregistered on 4th June 10 midnight, while i was out of station. When i contacted airtel customer care I was asked to submit my address proof again, i submitted copy of my ration card, PAN card and my photograph to the Pramod Agency near English Book Depot, Ambala Cantt. But till date it is not registered. It causing me mental harassment to me. If Airtel is not make the sim registered before 12th June 10, then i will go to Consumer Forum Ambala city.

    I have purchased two airtel prepaid numbers from Chennai Taramani.

    Immediately I have recharged my cards with the amount of 700 and some booster
    card also.

    I have given my proofs like Two photos and License photo copy for the same.

    But for both the numbers outgoing is deactivated now.

    Whenever we try calling, getting a message that your proofs have not been
    submitted though i have.

    I called the retail shop owner where i purchased my card he said he had
    submitted my proof in airtel.

    I sent email to 121, nodal officers and appellate also.

    But no use everyone is asking information, so far i didnt get any solution from them.

    Really i got tired up by sending email to airtel daily.

    Almost sent more than 20 emails to nodal and appellate officers. No use.

    Recently they told they activated the outgoing for one of the no's.

    Its still not activated when i asked about it they told you have to call the customer care and tell the address where you live.

    We called the customer care, one of the executive told that we need to contact the retailshop owner where i purchased the cards.

    That is nothing but, i need to start from the beginning which i already did.

    Please let me know how can i use my amount which is there in my cards. Totally
    i have more than 1500 in my both the cards.

    I have been using aircel for 10 years this is the first time i am using Airtel.

    Since i heard international roaming service is good in airtel, thats the reason
    i have purchased.

    But at the end, I dont know this much poor service they will give.

    What a great service, i have lost my patience, my precious time, money and mental piece.

    Please give me a solution.

    Well till morning it was working and I was exchanging texts,after my lunch I was shocked to see that"Sim card registration failed"........
