    dear sir
    maine 07/08/10 ko sham 8 bajne ke karib mere or mere friend ke number par airtel sms pack offfer ke liye Rs 24 ka recharge kiya tha.
    leikin mere aur mere dost ke number par recharge sucssesful or noy sucssesful aisa koi bhi msg nahi aaya..
    aur main jis shopp se recharge kiya tha us ke pass iska recharge sucssesful bolke msg hai
    jo main apni khud ki aankho se dekha hai....
    mera no
    9860025602 (ajay palase ) aur mere friend ka no 9766735307 ( pramod shinde)
    woh sms offer aisa tha ki Rs 24 me 5000 sms local/national
    lekin mujhe aur mere friend ko sms charg padraha hai..
    hum dono ke main a/c me se paise cutt ho rahe hai...
    maine bar bar complent ki or par airtel ki taraf se koi bhi hal nahi nikla aur woh har ba custmore care pe call karne ke baad yahi jankari dde rahe hai 2 ghante me aapka problem solve hojayega....

    Regarding the complain of network 91 9892446448 .

    I have complain last 35 days regarding network , i have also logged complain regarding this they are asking it will solve out within 7 to 10 days . but still my problem is not work out

    Kindly do it needful as we have more than 12 connection in my place of network .

    Angry Complaint Against Idea pre-paid service

    This is plea for help, against the harrasement I have been subjected to by Idea pre-paid service over the last 17 days.
    On the 26th of Feb, I recieved a call from Idea rep, telling me abt that idea has started some night station service. During the entire call, i was not asked that whether u would like to activate this service, but was just explained. I took it as a normal marketing call and forgot about it.

    But to my distress, i realised in couple of days, that my phone balance has been going down very fast. To inquire about it, I called Idea customer care deprt on the 28th, and i was informed that i hve agrred to start some night station service. I was assured that the service would be discontinued by the 3rd and i will get my refund. The problem was, that if i re-charged my phone, it meant deduction of Rs 10 everyday. So it meant i have to servive with no-outgoings from my phone till the 3rd of march.

    But, then I didnt realised that its just a beginning of a nightmare.
    What followed was hours and hours spent on phone with reps to discontinue the service. Here's the list of different complaint nos i was povided everyday, with an assurance that the service will be discontinued in 11 hours.

    Whats more distressing is that, after spending hours and hours on phone with ur customer care executives finnaly I got the service disactivated from, 6th march. And unfortunately another subscription called astro serivice was activated without my knowledge.

    As a result, when i again got my ph recharged on the 08th march 2010, for rs. 100, for which i recived tlk time of 88.73. However out of this 88.73, Rs. 30 was deducted. When i saw that there was another deduction, i was forced to calll the customer service back and i was told, my earlier service has been disactivated, but now another service called astro subscription has been activated by me. I was told for the particular service, i recieved an automated call, and i choose to activate it.

    As per my knowledge i nver recived any call. But anyways I asked the customer care rep, to dis-continue the service. Again I was told that it will take 12 hours for the service to be dis-activated, and I was smsed the complaint no - SR No 1-2640756131, saying that the service will be disactivated with 11 hours from my complaint. I recieved this msg on 08/march/2010 at 10:37 pm.

    I waited patiently for 11 hours, and called back the customer care service, to confirm that whether the service has been discontinued. However again I was told, it hasnt and that nothing has been done till yet. So I was given again a assurance that it will be disactivated in another 12 hours. After I ended the call, duely, i was again sent a complaint no, 1-2740805697, saying my request is under process and the service will be dis-continued within 11 hours. I recieved this msg,at 11:19 pm on the 09/march/2010.

    To add up to my distress, and to proove, that ur customer service cell give no bother to complaints, and all your company wants is to milk money from your customers, i recieved a msg saying with ID as IZ-8888. The msg reads as "Congrats you have activated for Times Zodiac-Leo pack for just Rs 30 for 31 days. To-deact dial Toll-Free no 155223". I recieved this msg on 11/03/2010 at 9:02 am.

    One can imagine the distress i got, on seeing this msg. This msg, prooved that nothing has been done about my repeated complaints. To add to my worries the toll free no, mentioned in the msg to de-activate the service is not reachable. Whenever, I tried dialing the no, it said pls check the no that u hve dialed. Also why i recieved a message informing me abt the serivice, three days after the service was activated and money being deducted.

    Now I dont hve neither energy nor the will to spend hours with your customer service rep.

    I am now forced to take a new phone no. with an alternate service provider. I have been using this ph no. for past seven yrs, and my if I change my no, I will be loosing contact with many friends and family members, who hve been having my no for years.

    Pls, advise me to how to get this injustice of a big corporate giant can be corrected, so that no one else in future is subjected to the same harrasement

    I have the prepaid connection +91-9652387998, since last two months i was unable to send international massages to my friends.when I trying to send it shows access denined,I dont know what wrongs with air tel,I was morethan 10 times try to contact with u r coustemer service but no reply,And I went to ur authorized service store they said they said there is no problem with network.

    will u please checkit out and shortout this problem.
    if u r unable to shortout, then I will swithch over to other service providers,there is no alternate for me
    i hope I will get speed responce from u

    Question AIRTEL prepaid complaint

    last month an offer was given by airtel for rs. 250/- and it is till apr. 10th. Already i had an amount of rs. 30/- in my account. Even after top-up for rs. 250/- the amount was getting deducted only in rs. 30/- .As soon as there was nil balance in my previous account.I am not able to call. Then I top-uped once for rs. 15/- and now for rs.50/-.
    why this happens? we have the mobile for our emergency usage. this is not good. Try to solve this problem. Let the money get deducted from Rs. 189/- which i have as my balance in rs.250 top-up.

    My mobile handset (model no:Z550i) with Airtel sim no 9995092246 has been lost today 28-03-2010 at about 12:30 pm near kochulloor.I have made local enquiries about my phone but I could not find it.Hence iam making this complaint.I request u to make urgent enquiries about my missing phone and take further necessary action to find it out the phone and prevent any misuse from my airtel number.Kindly advice me what further necessary action i have to take in this connection.Hope u will informe me through my email address.

    Default Airtel prepaid VAS activation without knowledge

    The problem is Airtel activates some of its services without subscriber knowledge.
    My account had some bolly service and wallpaper service activated last month. The service charges is deducted every week and I have deactivated those services lalmost 8-9 times by calling customer care.

    Today, yet again, the service has been activated inspite of me requesting Customer Care not to add ANY VAS on my phone
    When I enquired the customer care, they said that the service has been activated levery time by my cell phone only...which is nothing but a pure lie
    These kind of service activation doesn't look like accidental mistakes. This is whipping me of the trust I had built in Airtel since last 4 years
