I am a new customer of airtel.I have been victimized by bharti airtel ltd. Rs-25/- deducted from my main balance because of unwanted services activation on my mobile no 9734752618 without any kind of notice to me. when I tried to talk with custom care of airtel, no respond to me from 198 & 121.

Balance Deduction Hi,
Manish here from dehradun i was a balance of Rs.120 in the morning on 31st july 12. when i check my balance there was only0.04 paisa remaining i dont know how the whole amount is deducted from my balance it happence before but i didnt complain but this time i need an explanation and remaining balance of mine as deducted of no use.Last edited by manishsingh27; 07-31-2012 at 11:19 PM. Airtel internet not conncted for some areas....(last two week) Dear airtel nodel officer...
sir i am airtel prepaid user (9566529235) last aboue 5 years used for airtel network...
but now last 2 month i have reach many more problam for in our network,
I am using C510 sony ericsson mobile, i am also using 2G airtel mobile internet, now i am live in kongalnagar (near to pollachi and udumalaipettai).

In kongalngaram areas only airtel internet was not conncted - but network range was full, displyed for E simple, all airtel useser was reached the same problam in this area only, then i was use to another one model mobile but same problam repeted.., then i am going on nearest area that time internet was connected to automatically so find the problam in kongalnagar airtel controller..... so pls kindly rectified the problam
already i am many more time contacted to customer care service but no respance....
Airtel is no1 network in india but customer service and problam rectification was very bad compare to another network.....
mobile internet was must in our work, all areas airtel network was coverd so i have used it, but now i think convert to another one good network
Pls kindly rectification my problam or pls refer to another one good network......

Thanks airtel team and consumer court team for this solution .... But up to date am not able to talk airtel coustomer care from my airtel number 9734752618.

Airtel changed my prepaid default plan without notice Airtel has changed my prepaid default plan from 50 paise/minutes to .015/second without giving any notification. I usually use the 225 booster to reduce my call charges to 10 paise/minute. Airtel never notifies me on the expiration of any plan(Booster) I use, so that i can plan accordingly.

Dear Sir / Madam, I, Venkateswararao Sadhu using Ideal Cellular with Mobile number: +91 9723551559 for the last 4 years.
3months back, I have been to USA on company's work. After coming back to India on 14th August, My number is not working & giving the message that, SIM registration failed.
By consulting with Idea Customer careVadodara - Race course road , they were saying that my number has been allocated to somebody else.
I dont know: how can you do this as I am having Life time validity & having Rs.500 + balance in my card. If it is the condition (Any problems), you would have given me E-Mail as you are having my E-mail id & Address with you.
So, Please help me in this regards ASAP. This number is so much important to me as I have registered with all my transactions, friends & Internatinal customers also.
