    Default Not activate dnd in airtel

    I have registered for DND services to our AIRTEL Mobile No. 9958202602 from 13-01-2012 But still we are receiving no. of unwanted SMS, which should be stopped immediately. Request to make DND activated to the above Mobile connection.

    Hi I am Pradeep Roy and my AIRTEL no is 9975156761.
    I have an internet pack activated on my no. according to that I get 100MB of data download per month for 12 months.
    On 7th march I checked that balance it was showing 15MB remaining so I downloaded a 10 MB file.
    The balance should be deducted from Internet balance and not from main balance but RS 110 got deducted from main balance.
    Then I called customer care for the issue he said the balance will be refunded in 24hrs but its been 5days now and I am still waiting for my refunds.
    I faced big problems due to this in my business as balance become Rs 4 only. Airtel is responsible for this.
    I believe AIRTEL people want that a complaint should be lodged then only they will respond.
    Please Refund my hard earned money ASAP else I have to go to consumer court for lodging a complaint.

    Default Hello Tunes Service activated withoutinformation

    Hi Nodal Officer,

    I my case as well I have been deducted Rs 30 for 30 days and another Rs 15 for 90 days for Hello tunes activation. I tried contacting the Airtel staff but to no avail. Instead I spent more than an hour to launch complaint but the Airtel Service team members including Abhinay and Rohit didnot register it & were just passing time minting revenues for Airtel.

    Getting frustrated and burning my hard earned money I am contacting you to resolve this issue and get the same reimbursed to my phone number 9871590810 back. I hope you will take some action to resolve this asap. thanks

    its very regreting that after getting confirmation from airtel still amount has been withdrawn from our old account and not from the account you confirmed to us. Is there anyone who listen customer problems.

    recently we have seen airtel services have been “worst” were nobody is there to listen. But time is not far when airtel who thinks they are inevitable- customers start leaving you. This problem related to services we not only faced in this ecs but also in our phone and mobile also.

    is there anybody who can “really” listen to our request in airtel or do we get continuously harassed.

    whenever we send any mail just we receive the accknowlegment but there is anybody in the airtel who see what exactaly customer is saying... Really airtel is the worst ever company.

    we wish to get a lock on our phone for isd but after following up so so many time we already gave up this matter.

    If any human being in the airtel company and ready to listen customer problem please let me know on addjupiter@gmail.com

    Hi,
    My mother uses Airtel prepaid service (Mobile No. 9766095601). Airtel services automatically start on her mobile without any notifications. We are tired of complaining. You don't even have a toll-free number to help your customers (if one is not tech-savvy and has to talk to a person and solve their service related problems). Every time many services start and there is heavy deduction. If this is kind of service that Airtel provides to its customers, we will soon have to switch to other service.

    hello,
    I am having a prepaid number 9815911408 which was got disconnected without any prior notice. i have submitted the complaint to its website and i got the system generated mail. but no action were taken still. i called customer care at punjab 9815098150 and they are saying that the number is still active and you can reissue the duplicate sim from nearest AIRTEL showroom. when i visited the showroom they are saying that this number has been got disconeected permanently and will be recycled soon. But i am still wondering that how airtel can disconnect my number without giving any notice. Please see this issue, i am in great tension.
