    Exclamation AIRTEL prepaid complaint

    hi...
    My airtel prepaid number is 9677134143...
    one person has traced out my last outgoing call history... that person called me and told that i got your last call history from AirTel CustomerCare...
    how it is possible???.he is disturbing me.
    that idot Name is Rajesh Kannan and mobile no is 9994233926 he a also using the same network Airtel, he is working on Daily Thanthi news paper as a reporter, but i am not ready to go to a police or file a complaint.so
    just i want to know about that,
    1.how can he find the details about my last call history?
    2.where its traced out my call history?and
    3.who is that person help to him from AirTel Customer Care?.
    as soon as possible plz give me a solution for that, otherwise i will be change my Airtel network.

    i m very sorry to say about AirTel network.it's not secure, and
    i think that better change my AirTel Network.

    Angry Wrong disconnection of Airtel prepaid no. 9896088288

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    This is to bring to your kind attention, I kamal Kamboj (9896088288) resident Haryana have been airtel subscriber for the past 7 yrs. I was using pospaid connection which i later got coverted to prepaid connection. The services that i was availing from the Operator was the lifetime Prepaid Connection

    My greivence is that on 5 dec-09 that my services was discontinued without prior intimation. There after i talked with Mr. Sudhkar(Nodal officer), not only was the person rude but was not ready to give the reason for discontinuation of my telephone services. Later after continous persuation, the reason given to me was that i had not used my connection for a long time. Here I bring to your kind Notice that i had used my phone last outgoing and receiving services a month back.

    Sir, My point here is being using a lifetime connection the service provider has not given me any such information that if i do not use my phone for a period of one month my service shall be disconnected. As a result of which i have missed a lot of important phone calls and has been there a lot of inconveince and not to mention the unnecessary harrasment of which i have to go through for the disconnection of phone which should not have been done in the first place.

    Sir, I would be highly obliged if you could pls guide me as to what may be my further cause of action and how my problem may be solved.

    Looking forward to your guidence and worthy suggestions.

    today i have received a miss call from +923014639629, after few houours when i dailed the number, he rplied with the name vishal, he informed me that he is from airtel high authrities and he wanted to know my name, my place, sim ownership, duration of my sim, etc etc, he told me that i have won a cash prize of rs something five lacs, as par my enquiries he may be doubtfull with wroung intentions. my qurries from you is what is the authanticity of his statements, he requested me to call back, should i relay on him? is there any prizes declaired by airtel? my mobile no is 9829178227. from coustmer care they are unable to help me, so i am registering my problem and complaint to you sir, please sujjest me and help me about the facts. from-- PK SHARMA

    Default Airtel Prepaid Mobile No-9840434335 services suspended with no proper explanation

    I took a new airtel mobiie connection(9840434335) from one of the dealers in Palavakkam, Chennai.
    I submitted all the necessary documents needed for the new connection and got the SIM activated.
    Every thing worked fine for a week when I got up one morning to found my services has been suspended. The reason being stated is "non submission of documents".
    I talked to the dealer, he said he already submitted the documents.I called the customer care, and they said they havent received the documents.
    My mobile remain dead for 2 days, after which the service resumed on itself.
    I thought the issue is resolved.
    But again the next week my services got suspended stating the same reason.
    I was asked to re-submit the documents at any of the Airtel Showroom.
    Im new to Chennai, don’t know any place here. Still I took pain to re submit all the documents to the showroom.
    I was assured that the services will be resumed within 4 hrs, which never happened.
    Every time ,on calling the customer care, I got the same mechanized response that once I re submit the documents, services will be restored within 72 hrs.
    Its more that 4 days that I submitted the documents, but the service is not resumed.
    I have been tortured, mentally harassed for all these days, since I was not able to reach any of my friends, near and dear ones which was really necessary since I am new to this place and need guidance time and again.
    I have enough of Airtel, I vow never to use the service again.
    Ill make sure none of my family members/friends will be using it either.

    Please tell me a way where I can complain against the company and make the company compensate for all the mental harassment the company make me go through.

    Post Airtel cheating

    I got sms from 55381 (airtel) daily base or weekly base, once i got this sms it automatically detected 3RS per sms, this kind of things i loosed so much of money. I faced this problem for below this two mobile numbers 9940997286 and 9940910598. I request you to take the action as soon as possible.

    Default Airtel Prepaid - Activation of services without request

    Dear airtel nodel officer...

    i m your prepaid user (09890403988). i m using this prepaid number from 2 years.
    Last month on this airtel number three airtel services activated (1.Audio Cinema 2.Combo Devotional, 3. Combo Love ). I haven't sent any message / request from my number to activate these services. That time @Rs. 90/- deducted without any message.
    This month also on 29/12/2009, the Job on Mobile service has been activated without request. and Rs. 10/- deducted from my balance.

    I also called your custemer care executives for refund but they told me that I have to check my balance regularly. And are not accepting their fault.

    Please Refund my balnce and Stop these services.

    Default No Resolution of my complaint from Airtel Prepaid

    My mobile no is 9893471828,

    DND services is already activated on my Cell from 27/08/2007, the activation no is "F1000752662", and i start receiving promotional calls and SMSs from them so i file a complaint on 26/11/09 the complaint no is 3112656392900 and got SMS and, A call from their executive that it has been resolved but NOT so i file another complaint on 22/12/09 the REF NO is 1222269789 and received a message from them about the resolution of this complaint , but again nothing happen i still get their calls and SMS from them so nothing is happen in more then last 3 months,i also called today and they launched another complaint for me , i DONT KNOW HOW LONG THIS WILL GO

    i get call from them while i ws driving,im in office, im in meeting its really frustrating receive a call and you hear a Song. while you r doing some important work..

    when i ws call to their support they started asking me the whole history of complaint and then they launch a new complaint for me but nothing is happen.

    I really got frustrated with them and their customer support team


    My No. is too old so i cant stop or change it , otherwise i ll defiantly do so..

    Default airtel prepaid fraud

    Dear sir,

    I acquired a prepaid no 9566102780 am using it for 2 months now i gave proper id proof and picture they called me and verified and suddenly couple of times they disconnected my connection i went to the nearest dealer as advised by the call center people and then aagi they reactivated my connection and all of sudden again they have disconnected my connection for no reason... and the custmor care is useless not able to answer me,, pl do something about it...
