    Exclamation Humiliation from customer support after getting cheated

    I have been a customer for airtel(+91 8056168204) for more than a year. From last two days, an amount of INR 3.60 is deducted from my account every half an hour. When i called up the customer care to confirm the same the customer care executive Gopal) was very rude. He put me on hold for half an hour and then disconnected. After that i recharged for INR 444(Transactin ID 315331936) and i got a balance of Re1. I called the customer care again and the same process was repeated. This time they just disconnected. After that i spoke the lady called MANU, she told that i have a special plan and the balance was deducted for airtel Live. I have a blackberry phone and i have not used airtel live. Plus i have not used internet in past 3 days. For the "Special offer" i asked what is the special offer, for which she transferred me to the senior executive. I was waiting on line for half an hour before the call was disconnected.

    I am sick and tired of calling customer care asking for help. Can someone please help me out of this exploitation?
