    Dear Vineet/Friends, Am one of the FRUSTRATED customer of
    Aircel!Prabhu Venkata Krishnan, +91-9942329694.Am with aircel for the
    past 6+ years, hopefully one among the very few LOYAL customers.Facing
    a lot of issues since and even i got connected to postpaid. (i was
    with prepaid previously)the only advantage i feel is i can say "I have
    a postpaid number" :-( "/My days are becoming useless when i start
    it with aircel customer care. Spending my whole day with CC/" ISSUES:

    * Till now am not able to get my roaming facilities activated
    * Not able to get access to postpaid landlines
    * Outgoing gets barred even if i have credit limit. (FYI: I use to
    pay online whenever i get a message from aircel); Sometimes i got this
    issue even when i have balance in "minus"
    * When i call postpaid customer care number (91-9842212345) it gets
    routed to prepaid Customer Care most of the times
    * Calls are not responded properly, use to get disconnected when i
    ask them to transfer to superiors,
    subordinates are not able to answer my questions/solve the issues...
    They follow the same template "Sorry for the inconvenience sir, We
    shall take care of your request sir., etc., etc.,"
    but am not getting any solution for the first time.
    * It happens for me to contact the supervisors everytime to explain
    an issue and still am not getting a complete solution.
    * AN EXAMPLE SITUATION: I WAS AT MUMBAI AND CALLED UP CC FOR
    ACTIVATING ROAMING ON AN EMERGENCY CASE, AT THAT TIME I WAS ASKED TO
    GIVE A HANDWRITTEN LETTER TO THE SHOWROOM WHERE I BOUGHT THIS
    CONNECTION (AIRCEL CELL CITY, MADURAI). IN WHAT A WORLD WE PEOPLE ARE
    IN????? DO WE PEOPLE THINK ABOUT THE TECHNICAL STRENGTH OF OUR
    COMPETITORS??????
    * I have never ever seen this kind of frustrating customer care
    response and foolish reply. How a person can fly Madurai from Mumbai
    for this silly thing??? What would be your response if you are in this
    situation???
    * I had a call with the agency manager from which i got the
    connection., he asks me to pay uncategorised deposit of rupees 1,500.
    Do you have any defined rule for this???
    * Now about aircel pocket internet connection. I use sony
    ericsson's G900. when i speak about internet connection am getting
    reply that "Your phone does not support this feature".

    I bored of writing about issues. So am stopping with this. I
    have escalated it to some other officers. I hope there will be atleast
    one person who will help me turning into a satisfied customer and make

    Question aircel gprs not working

    i have recharged my no with 98, 5 to 6 days ago.. i am using LG GM 200 which supports gprs and also i am using gprs of other network on it.. but aircel says that ur mobile do not support gprs so u have to change it... pls help me... they are not replying me well and customer care executive also disconnects the call ..my aircel no is 9097500745...and i am from bihar patna...plssssssssssss help me soon....

    Thumbs down for disconnectig ofnetwork

    after the internet is connected it automatically ditect after five minutes without any msg and error. within every 2 min i haveto connect again and again and facing somuch of problem plz solvethis[problem as soon as possible.

    Default The aircel Pocket internet service

    The Pocket internet service is the worst service I have ever seen, I recharged with 98, the unlimited service and only can use 10 minutes. I want my money back as i requested to solve this but you do not solve that.you have cheated me.

    Default No network of aircel in my street

    Hello sir. My name is gowrish from shimoga(karnataka).Iam aircel prepaid customer.My
    number is 9738275383.Sir, i purchased sim in 1 year back. I am in bb street area.I
    don't get network signal when i am in inside of my home. And i get signal when i
    come to outside. I complained it to aircel customer care many times. But they did'nt
    solve my problem. So i contact karnataka aircel nodel officer. They take 3 month
    time for solving the problem. But they don't solve this problem. And they take
    another 6 months time for solving the problem. But they don't solve this problem
    till at now. So i contact you sir. I waiting for your reply

    Hello Aircel

    Will you do anything for money , just because of you my sister in laws life
    is in trouble.

    My brother has a cug corporate aircel card (Chennai) and one he gave to his
    wife. Now he is suspecting his wife and you people are helping him. Just
    because the cug card is in his name you are provioding all details without
    even thinking who is the user of card.Every month he applies for dailed
    ,incoming list ,last month he changed the 2nd number also and you people
    provide details to him without any clarification that why he need this, Its
    ok if you give dailed number but why are you provioding the *recived and sms
    made- now you are providing what sms was sent so that he can read what was
    the message han, Is there any pricacy or not ... *how can you give the
    messages also when it is free of cost and does not come under charges then
    what is the need of giving the messages.

    my brother is like that only, he suspects in each and every thing, now when
    my in law is carrying for the 3rd month things are just going wrost all
    beacuse of you. he gets the details of recived and dails back just to ask
    who are you making the whole family emabarass.my in law said she will do
    suicide if he gets messages , and trust me if she did then no one can save
    aircel from me.* ill call a press confrence and let the country know just
    because of improper clarification ,and your support of message she did the
    suicide. and this is not a hoax mail. ill do it to save my family .*

    I dont know how many life your service had claimed but please no more- i
    understand that dailed number list you have to provide but what is the mean
    of providing the free services like sms- sending all the messages sent and
    recived.

    Without getting the legal documents how can you support the person even he
    is your customer, billing details its ok but why free service, even the
    court has restricted the mobile companies from giving the details without
    proper legal documents then how can you?

    This is the warning mail for you coz if something happens to my sister in
    law .. you have to face the concequenses from me. ill do it what i said .

    Default worst service of aircel at hyderabad

    hello aircel,
    i have never seen such a worst service from other service provider.i used airtel,reliance,tata docomo.but i never faced such problems like aircel.20days back i gave the id proof and documents to retailer.after 5 days ,aircel barred my outgoing calls.i talked to customer care and they told documents are not submitted.retailer confidently tells that he submitted and aircel person missed it.again i he asked me to give id proof .i gave it.after 1week again retailer told that aircel missed all your documents.again i gave documents to retailer.he gave it aircel person.now almost 15days are over since my outgoing calls barred.still problem is not yet solved.what a worst service we are getting from aircel.kindly do the needful.

    Dear sir
    Already as informed to aircel (nodal officer)MS.bhakti salve,I CANCELLED (CLOSED)AIR CEL SIM, But till now the phones are coming to me for bill payment ,last time Ms.Aarti called me from 02232093439 time 10.30am ,and informed still your payment is balance some Rs 384.
    this history is in last month dec 2009.
    Now today 5-1-10 Mr aojatwy called for bill payment Rs 679 .from 02240624000. Already i paid I am having proof also.Every month one of worst fellows from aircel call for payment. n same history i can repeated to each fellow.I cant c such type of worst workmanship.
    I m from mumbai.I want talk to any one responsible (manager)person ,to save your company for bad name in future. Mr aojatwy told me mail to the document as a proof on aircel.teleaccess@gmail.com. where collation boss Mr satish for concerned person. every time why i m suffer
    If you have any solution ,n peticular responsible person to solve my problem give me phone no .or email id . If u provide M.Ds email id ,or chairman, i have no problem to talk about what nonsence going on. I PAID ALL BILL IN THANE BRANCH, SHRUTI PLAZA THANE (W)

    There is no use of any verbal communication, so we suggest you to send written notice via registered post to your area nodal officer about your problem, mention all the complaints no. in it and ask them for the proper solution so that you will not face such type of problem again.

    Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if the parent company will not solve the issue with in the mention time of 15 to 20 days.

    Default Mobile office Deactivation

    I am deactivating mobile office but it is not happening .it is again reactivating the same service which is already in activation and my balance is going deducting and deducting.So it is quite understand that the service which I am using on per day basis should be automatically deactivated after the day is ending & the other day is starting.So kindly requested to return my balance as early as possible.

    Default Aircel gprs

    Sir,
    I am anas from kerala. I have a great complaint against aircel kerala
    telecom operator. My complaint is, I am using aircel pocket internet
    service by recharging Rs.97 for 30 days. But i have no speed in our
    area in mobile and in PC. Aircel saying pocket internet has 28-32kbps
    speed in phone and 115kbps in PC. But really aircel cheat us. When i
    just try to open a small web page, it takes minutes. I complaint this
    problem in aircel customer care as well as nodal officer more than 10
    times and i waited more than 60 days to solve this problem. But still
    no responds. Aircel cheat us. Please take legal action against aircel
    and solve this problem. My aircel number is 9809537543. Please help me
    please... I want to extent my internet validity for another 30 days.
    Please take a action against it fastly.. This is a complaint from
    aircel consumer.

    Unhappy aircel speed

    in my nagercoil aircel i got 15 - 20 killobyte per sec in my nokia6680 mob,but now i'm getting 5-6kb only,
    stupid aircel which is giving a speed of 15-20KB in hosur....
    why this difference in speed,in both area we r paying the same....
