    Default activation of music on call service without my permission

    my name is k.k.sharma.my cell number is 9807275215.a call came from customer care to activate the service.ivr told me to press 1 for activationthen i disconect the phone.after few minutes,1 sms came to me that your music on call service has been activated and 30 rs. had been deducted from my account.

    Thumbs down Aircel- a fraud company

    I have an Aircel mobile connection with the number. From the day I took the connection, I have been facing problems from the service provider. First, they charged me even though I selected the unlimited plan. After 4 weeks they restored my earlier plan.

    Now, they have comeout with another fraud. The company deducts Re.1/- daily from my outstanding balance, from March 24, 2010. When I contacted the Customer Care, they informed me that one 'jokes pack' is activated in my sim. When I wanted to de-activate the same, they gave me one number ie; 155223 to unsubscribe. When I called the number and pressed keys according to their advise, the call got disconnected. The same thing happens whenever I try the number again. The Customer Care executives keep on telling they cannot do anything. Only solution is to call the said number.

    I went to their local customer care office in Trivandrum where I could see the pathetic condition of the back-end of Aircel. The executives are unable to view the details of my connection in their PC. They told me 'jokes pack' might be activated and they themselves typed a message 'stop job' and sent to a number!. From the people who treat their job as a joke, what more a layman can expect...Further they assured me to sort out the issue and to give a feed back in 48 hours. This happened on 31st of March 2010. Now for me, its 5 days over ie; 120 hours for others while not even 48 hours for Aircel Customer Care.

    Angry Aircel disconnect the service but still getting the bills

    Hi, I am satish. I took aircel internet postpaid card before 4 months. In first 1 month i dissaisfied with worst gprs service provided by Aircel. So, i given a written complaint to CC(Kalyan) for disconnection of service. After that my sim become inactive. But still from last 3 months i am getting the Aircel usage bills. Every month i go to Aircel Kalyan Customer care office and ask them to plz disconnect it. they always reply yes we have initiated disconnect process. For how long it will took place. Plz, Aircel officers disconnect my connection and i will not pay those bills. My aircell no 9768130633. Plz. some one help me in this kind of situation. my mail id ajava4satish@gmail.com. Plz, some one look in to this issue.

    Angry Useless / nonsense network - aircel.

    I am also one of the FRUSTRATED customer of Aircel!

    The major issue 'm facing is with Roaming facility.

    Last four days I was on kerala, and as soon as I left the HOME network from TN and entered to Kerala, my mobile has not gone to the Roaming mode, and stopped incoming & outgoing calls.

    In the past also I had faced this problem, with reference to that I decided to talk to the concerned people.

    Today I returned to my home location and I called up customer care and my day has become useless due to the non response from these people. Even customer care person is least interested to reveal his name and giving the complaint number.


    USELESS / NONSENSE NETWORK - AIRCEL.

    If you are person who is on ROAMING frequently, before opting AIRCEL think thrice no no 100 times.

    Default Forcefully deducted Rs.45/- without my permission

    Dear Sir,
    There was a call from a mobile no.9768097060. The person who called me explained me about the scheme of Rs.45/- that for 2 second so much paise. But without my person how can he deduct from my balance? I want action against this guy. I have already given you the mobile number and will request aircel team to reverse the entry by giving credit of Rs.45/-. This thing would have happened with many other customers.

    u have many offers,....but it s nit useful yo us....customer care response is very very poor....if it leads, ur network gets dowm successfully...try to improve some offers like message free,low call cost

    Dear Sir,

    I am using this AIRCEL # 9716489362 from past 5 month & i have faced automatically activation of caller tunes twice without any permission. Your guys call us & we denies that pls don't activate this facility in my phone but, after that i got a MSG that this much of amt. has been deducted from your a/c & for this i have complaint to customer care & i didn't got any sufficient reply. This problem i faced in month of march.

    And, again the same problem i recently faced, i got a call from AIRCEL call center & that call was picked by my wife, that we provide this & that service just free of cost & just the conversation is going on phone gets disconnected & my wife have not given any permission of activation of any service & without any consent given to them i got a disclaimer MSG in evening that that i few minutes your dallier tune will get activated few minutes. Just after that i called-up to customer care dept to resolve this issue & i had conversation with Karan i haven't got any satisfied answer & after that told him to t/f this call to your senior guy he t/f that call to some other dept & after requesting to him to t/f this call to your TL Mr. Rohit & he just assured me that you will receive a call between 24 to 48 hours & gave a complaint # 1-2202152101 but till the time no response from AIRCEL dept & till date no caller tune has been activated on this #.

    This is not just a question of Rs. 50 (2 times). But, this is how the AIRCEL guys cheat with with there loyal customers & this is the way to earn money & completes there target.

    We suggest you first contact to the Aircel customer care, to know the outgoing details of your sim card.

    Default service activated without my acceptance

    I am Shivdatt aircel costumer I want to inform you that I have face problem that
    I have one miss call from 570004216620 and I call back at same number than call charge has deducted Rs. 2 INR
    And after that I have receive one sms that you have subscribed friends chat service and charge of this service is 30 INR

    1- I am inform you that this service has activated without my acceptance

    2- when I call costomer complent helpline no. 198 than call received by MUKESH and he can not give me satisfaction and call trancefer to the senior excecutive but after some time call disconnected by company.
    3- Then I call again and call received by MOHAN and he can not satisfied me and call trancfer to senior excecutive and call on hold I wait till 40 minute but call not received
    4- call time 04:30 pm to 05:10 pm and date 11\07\2010
    5- I have lost my time and money both so please take action and solve this problem
    6- otherwise I will report to consumer foram
