I have an Aircel mobile connection with the number. From the day I took the connection, I have been facing problems from the service provider. First, they charged me even though I selected the unlimited plan. After 4 weeks they restored my earlier plan.
Now, they have comeout with another fraud. The company deducts Re.1/- daily from my outstanding balance, from March 24, 2010. When I contacted the Customer Care, they informed me that one 'jokes pack' is activated in my sim. When I wanted to de-activate the same, they gave me one number ie; 155223 to unsubscribe. When I called the number and pressed keys according to their advise, the call got disconnected. The same thing happens whenever I try the number again. The Customer Care executives keep on telling they cannot do anything. Only solution is to call the said number.
I went to their local customer care office in Trivandrum where I could see the pathetic condition of the back-end of Aircel. The executives are unable to view the details of my connection in their PC. They told me 'jokes pack' might be activated and they themselves typed a message 'stop job' and sent to a number!. From the people who treat their job as a joke, what more a layman can expect...Further they assured me to sort out the issue and to give a feed back in 48 hours. This happened on 31st of March 2010. Now for me, its 5 days over ie; 120 hours for others while not even 48 hours for Aircel Customer Care.
