My Aircel number is 8796021533My name is Yogesh Mahadeo NikamI request to u pleas activet my 752 3GPlan to ur call center andnodal also but still my plan is not activet. This type of servicegiven to ur customer.I called ur CC on 18 nov spoke to ur CSE im asking about how toactivet 3G he inform me sent sms START 3G to 121 then 3G services willstart nd also inform me if ur use this service first time then u willget 250MB free usage. I said Ok nd send the sms for activation my 3Gservices get start aftr some time.That time my GPRS 98 Plan alrady activet. So i again call ur CC ndasking about 3G Plans then i Choose 852 plan. And i request to ur CSE(LADIES) plz activet 852 plan and deactivet the GPRS 98 PLAN she toldme ok she took both request at the same time. She told me witin 2daysur plan will get activet. But wat happend GPRS 98 plan get deactivetbut 3G plan not activet. After deactiveting the GPRS plan im nt ableto brows any site by usin GPRS setting that time i launch a complaintfor the same for unable to brows GPRS. I got sms from ur end thecomplaint is resolved but after that m nt able to brow i call nd callur tech desk CC but no 1 resolve my querry. After that i called urnodal desk date 21 nov at 1:15 and complaint about CC And requestingplease activet my 752 3G plan that time nodal officer assured me shetake a request and plan get activet and the for unable to surfcomplaint will get call back from tech help desk. Im not recived anykind of call back on my same number and also alternate number. Thattime myself resolve my prblm u want to knw how ? . . I have a correctGPRS setting but no any plan is activet for browsing then i called urcc and request her pls activet my zerorentel gprs plan she take arequest then after 3day my gprs get activet. Within these three day iuse only ur wap setting in 3g ntwk. Why u open the tech desk if theydnt have any type of knwldge? Why ur ntwk team not resolve my prblm ?They dnt have technical knwladge ? That TYPE OF SERVICE PROVIDE TO URCUSTOMER.That means nodal officer also give me a fake commitment. This is urcustomer service.Then after i called ur CC to knw my states of 3G Plan but still myplan is not activet that time i spoke toSR. CSE asking him why myplan is not activeted. He appolise me for inconvenience. And told meur plan 98 GPRS is activeted not 3G . Ishoked if m not giving anykind of request for activating 98 GPRSPlan how is it activate. Irequest him pls deactivate this plan and pls activet 752 3G Plan healso asure me plan will be activet. He deactivet my plan but notactivet my 3g plan.then i called ur cc for knw my states of 3g plan activation. That timeur CC told me plan is activated . So m feel free finaly plan getactivet.Then after yesterday i got the sms ur nearing ur credit limit i wasshocked if m nt make so many call so how is it possible. Then inmidnight call ur cc and asking him my 3G Plan is activated or not hesaid no plan is activeted only free trialplan 250mb plan is activated.So m request to u pleas wave off my GPRS SURFFING charges from 18 novbcos in this case i request to ur CC nd nodal for activating the planbut they nt activet that is not my fault.I request u pls resolve my querry within two working day

I was activat 3g service on this number after 2-3 hour i was getting 3g network,
but when i was connect to internet at laptop i was not getting 3g internet speed on my number i was getting only 15kb/s speed it is 2g speed.
After all i was talk to costomer care he tell to me i m taking request regarding 3g internet speed it will be solved within 24 hours but when my problem was not solved next two days then i was talk to costomer care again he asked no any problem in ur number it is ur mobile device problem.
So please help us any body.
Bcz now i m facing problem.

sorry to inform you about the poor service and the poor response from the customer care centre.
i am sumit kumar from jammu and kashmir working as an officer in a govt bank... i have two issues reg poor service provided by you.
1. before three months i had purchased a aircel 3g dongl from jammu for rs 2100/- and when i tried to operate it at my home it was not working . and when contacted to cutomer care i was told that this service is not activated in your area. but when i tried it in main city of srinagar than also it was not working.. and customer care response at that time was also not satisfactory...

now tell me abt wht to do to get refund of those 2100/- of mine which went useless.
2. earlier i was using prepaid no 9697219670 of aircel and a post paid no 9796008850 of vodafone but one of your dealer conatcetd me and told me abt the good service of aircel ... then i closed my vodafone no and converted my aircel prepaid no to post paid.. i was also told that this no will also work under roaming.
but on sunday i.e on 4 dec 2011 i went outside the state and on 5 dec morning i found my no not working it goes on for further 2 days .. i had already deposited rs 700/- dtd 6 dec 2011 and when i returned back on 8 dec i contacted customer care and surprised when someone from your side inform me that my no has been barred and i have to submit all the required formalities again ....
now you tell me is it the way you provide service to your customer as due to this i hace faced a lot of harrasment in an unknown place where i went for the first time and without my mobile working ...
now i want to know from your side ;
- why my no has been barred without any prior intimation?
- what abt the harrasment i faced due to it?
- what to do with 3g dongl? i.e either to handover it or to continue if you activate it.
- if don't have satisfactory reply, kindly tell me the way to close all my no. including those which my other family members are using ( 3 prepaid connection)?
lastly i hope for your quick reply on my no @ 9697219670 without any further delay .. otherwise i have to move to other higher authorities?

This is something rediculous. In one month aircel deducted my money 3 times and didnt refund it a single time. I aakash chowdhury with phone mo 7278274791 complained for the refund of 49 rs which company deducted without my permission on 30th nov. Till now i didnt get any feedback. I think this is the worst network i came accross. I would advice every aircel user to go for mobile portibility

I MNP my idea number to aircel before 5 days but i don't recieved messages from all aircel numbers. Now but i do????????? An operator don't get messages from its own operator but i get messages from other operators numbers.
