poor servie from Airtel has resulted in losses to me and these people are
not taking it seriously .. i have postpaid connection with Airtel of whom I
have given standing Insutrctions to debit montly charges form my Credit Card
and in that response they are not suppose to charge me for CLIP how ever
from past 6 months they are charging and when ever i complain they refund
back me my money but today 06/07/09 at 8.50 when i saw bill in morning they
had again charged it when i complained to them he told me he will deactivate
and reactivate the service so I will not have any problem in future .. but
he never mentioned that my clip services will also be effected .. as today
was budget and I was loaded with calls when i came to know abt it i went to
gallery at Irla and told them to start as who is calling me i cant come to
know ... they told me thier system is down and they cant help by this time i
had got many called and missed out many imporant clinets as well as my
partners call who was to imform me that stock markets are crashing and have
to exit or no .... when i contacted at 1.00 one guy told me that it wont
be activated till next 4 hrs by this time i hv already had registed lots
of lost almost over a lac Rs. and in evening came to know i have lost my
importnat client as he was in hurry and have given order to someone else ..
its almost 9.00 in evening and thier services has not yet started ...
....
Sir what can be done in my case pls let me know
