I am using Reliance GSM Mobile service and the no is 9022934867. I have been facing a network problem since more than two weeks. In my residential address, I do not get a single network bar and it causes I cant make call and nobody cant call me. I have contacted your customer care deptt and they said that there is a network problem going on but they dont know it will be resolved. They cant tell me the proper time within they will fix up.

is this fare? taking charges without providing us proper services? I am facing lots of problems in my business due to this inconvenience, will you compensate me for the same? I just wanted to know when the problem get resolved?
