After 24Hrs of getting activation of 3G connection, It is not able to connect GPRS, as wrong guidelines given from customer care of Airtel.

Activated the number 9003213023 on 12/06/2011 3pm but because of wrong guidelines from customer care, and balance get deducted to zero because of technical fault at Airtel, it is not able to connect GPRS even after 24 hrs. Now customer care is not giving any positive response for this.
