    Default Worst Exp faced with samsung service & customer care center

    Hi,

    Currently I am planning to file a case against samsung with consumer forum if my problem is not resolved ASAP based on the following details.

    I have purchased a Samsung i710 mobile (IMEI no. 355753010415326, Sl.No: R3TP53404X, and Charger No. 950FS) from Big C, Kukatpally, Hyderabad on 08-Sep-2008, Bill no. is SI/KPT/12804.

    After purchase the mobile phone I haven't used this mobile properly even single day and till now I have given this mobile 7 times to service center for simple problem. Whenver I gave my mobile for a service, it is always lying with service or Big C for a minimum of 30 days without solving my problem.

    After given 5 times for service, I have raised a complaint (Complaint No: 8410101213) on 23-Apr-2009 with customer care. Even though nothing has happend and not resolved my problem. By seeing the in-appropiate response of customer care I have sent an email to support.india@samsung.com on 28-April-2009 with the following details:

    After getting lot of trouble and frustration I am sending this email to you for the required help.

    A) Please find the below details for giving my mobile for service/repair

    1) On 11-Oct-2008:
    - I gave my mobile at Big C, Kukatpally for the service (Problem: Battery charge is vanishing within less than 30 minutes of talk time, signal catching is very poor, and calls are automatically disconnecting during the call)
    - I got my mobile back after 4 weeks and resolution for my problem as told by Big C is 're-installation of software'

    2) During November 2008:
    - Again I gave my mobile at Big C, Kukatpally for the service (Problem: is same as above)
    - I got my mobile back after 4 weeks and resolution for my problem as told by Big C is 're-installation of software'

    3) During December 2008 end or January 2009:
    - Again I gave my mobile at Big C, Kukatpally for the service (Problem: is same as above)
    - I got my mobile back after 4 weeks and resolution for my problem as told by Big C is 're-installation of software'

    4) On 05-Feb-2009:
    - Again I gave my mobile at Big C, Kukatpally for the service (Problem: is same as above). This time samsung service person has taken my mobile (The person name is Rohit and contact number is 9985803888)
    - I got my mobile back after 9 weeks (i.e. on 13-Apr-2009) and resolution for my problem as told by Rohit (Samsung service representative) is 'mother board replacement'

    5) On 14-Apr-2009:
    - Again I gave my mobile at Big C, Kukatpally for the service (Problem: Touch screen is not working, signal catching is very poor, and calls are automatically disconnecting during the call). This time Samsung service person has taken my mobile (The person name is Rohit and contact number is 9985803888)
    - Unexpectedly got my mobile on 23-May-2009 and the problem was not resolved.

    6) On 30-May-2009: This time I gave my mobile at Samsung service center at basheet Bagh, Hyderabad. While giving my mobile phone at service center i have requested the samsung ASM Raghu for the extension of warranty. This Raghu has refused for the warranty extension and at the same he told that my mobile came to samsung service center twice before.
    -- Got my mobile back on 20-Jun-09 and told that they have reset the software. But when I checked my mobile, noticed that nothing has been done to my mobile as the problem is not resolved.

    6) On 27-Jun-2009: This time again I gave my mobile at Samsung service center at basheet Bagh, Hyderabad. While giving my mobile phone at service center again i have requested the samsung ASM Raghu for the extension of warranty. This Raghu has refused for the warranty extension and at the same he told that my mobile came to samsung service 2nd time now.
    -- Got the message from samsung service center on 13-Jul-2009 that my mobile phone problem was resolved and resolution was told that changed the mobile charger.


    B) Please find the below details for the conversation between myself and Samsung

    1) Registered a complaint with 'Samsung Customer care' on 23-Apr-2009 at around 4:15 PM (Complaint Number is 8410101213)
    Note: No Samsung website is providing customer care service contact numbers
    2) Based on the discussion with customer care, I have contacted Raghu (Samsung Andhra Pradesh service ASM, His contact number is 9000272754) for the same after the above discussion with customer care. But not got expected output from him.
    3) Again spoke to Customer care on 24-Apr-2009, but my problem is not resolved.
    4) Again spoke with Customer care and Raghu on today (28-Apr-2009), still my problem is not resolved. Today I got the reply from Raghu that I will get my mobile on tomorrow (29-Apr-2009) from Big C, kukatpally. For this I will get a call from Raghu (till now I have never got a call from Big C or Samsung to collect my mobile after the service is completed). Here I have asked Raghu for extension of warranty of my mobile because of all these reasons. But he refused for that and has not given any guarantee for not getting the trouble in future.

    C) Why I got frustration with Samsung mobiles and service

    1) I am Samsung customer since 2004 and not faced any problem with Samsung at all
    2) As mentioned above, I haven't used this mobile for atleast 3 weeks of time (actually I haven't used for a minimum of one week, but due to my time availability it took around 3 weeks of time to give for service)
    3) Not getting proper solution for my problem from Big C or Customer care or Raghu (Andhra Pradesh ASM).
    4) Finally my problem is not resolved
    5) No one in Samsung Service center or call center are not properly responding to the customer and not even caring about the customers. Just simply passing the time without doing anything and asking some more details from us which actually we doesn't have and they have everything in their system.

    D) What I am Expecting

    1) Actually after getting all these problems I have expected that, will get the new mobile from Samsung. But it does not happened
    2) Expected some warrantee extension as almost my mobile is with Big C or Sumsung service center after I purchased the mobile from Big C.

    Please do the needful and solve my problem ASAP as my problem is not resolved since Oct 2008 (purchased mobile on Sep 2008).

    But nothing has done and even nobody is caring for customers.

    My recent last 2 work order numbers are EO05/300E09/01 on 30-May-09, WA64530911928 on 27-Jun-09.

    Thumbs down Samsung refrigirator worst experience

    Hi,

    Currently I would like to file a case against samsung with consumer forum if my problem is not resolved ASAP based on the following details.

    I have purchased a Samsung Refrigirator with Model number RA20WVPS.
    It's been an year since I bought this fridge.
    The exact date of purchase is 7th of June 2008.
    Just after some 4-5 months of purchase the refrigirator stopped cooling.
    I contacted the customer care and a Samsung person had come to check the issue and he had refilled the gas.
    Now again after an exact period of 5 months, the same issue has again come.
    And now, since the warranty period is done, the company wants me to pay for the refillment of the gas.
    But then, when we spoke to the Customer care person, we understood that there is no one who could assure us in written that the same issue shall not crop up again after a certain period of this service.

    Should I be paying this way for any technical or functional or whatsoever defects of the company's manufactured good?
    Is this not a way of doing smart business? Is the comapny not cheating the customers in a way and is it not expecting the customers to keep them paying through out the life of the product?
    Who is answerable for these acts?

    After getting lot of trouble and frustration I am sending this email to you for the required help.

    Dear Deepthi,
    Before filing a case in consumer forum, it's better to send a complaint letter to the head office of the Co. through registered post. Keep a copy of that letter with you and wait for the respose of the Co. for 15 to 20 days. In case of no help you can file your complaint in consumer forum.

    Default Faulty SAMSUNG Mobile Phone

    Hi Sir/Mam,

    I had bought a Samsung S5233A mobile(IMEI No.- 354369030221379, Sl. No.- RW4S518839B) on 26/05/2009. From the day of purchase, it had a problem that sometimes the network goes completely on its own and does not come until the phone is restarted. So, I gave it to the authorized service center, Rahul Traders, Rani Bagh, for the same. They gave the resolution that they need to reset the phone, but the whole data will be lost. They reset the phone and gave me back, but after 2-3 days i realized that it was still not working fine. I gave it back to them and this time they said that they need to reinstall the software of the phone. They did that and gave me the phone. But, still the problem persisted. Then after a week I again went to them for the same problem. This time they said that the phone will go to the company and mother board will be replaced. And, I asked them that if still the problem persists, then what will be the solution. So they said that they will get it replaced. This time I got the phone after 16-17 days. That is, my phone was at the service center for more than 20 days in the first month of purchase. For all this, I had to go to the service center for about 8-10 times but still my phone is not working properly. Then i again went to the service center for the same problem and asked for a replacement of my phone. But, their reply was 'we are not authorized for replacement, and Samsung will not replace your handset in any case'.

    After all this happened, I called in to the Samsung at least 5 times and every time they said that their senior will contact me within 24 working hours. But, even after so many days I haven't received any call from Samsung regarding the solution of my problem.

    EXPECTATIONS:

    After all this, I expected a replacement of my phone which the Samsung people never cared about. It has not been working properly since the day of purchase. The phone is of no use of mine if it does not catch network.

    My last work order No. is WA50340911146. Please tell me some appropriate solution for the problem as I am working and it is really a big problem for me if I have to go to the service center every weekend for the same problem. And, that too with Samsung people not caring about it much.

    Default Faulty Samsung Mobile phone

    Dear Sir,
    I had purchased Samsung mobile SGH J-210 on 01/08/08, in June-09 its keypad stopped working,
    as it was in warranty period i submitted the mobile to a authorised service center in Alwar,Rajasthan.
    He told me it will take one month to attend the problem as it will be sent to Main centre at Jaipur,
    After one month when i received the phone it was found that three keys were not working on the keypad.
    again i gave it to the service centre,again he told me it will take one more week.
    So, if they are not able to solve the problem please replace it with a new one.

    Kindly look into the matter.

    this to inform the company that when i went to ur company service center in Ameerpet. It was really a very dis pleasuring situation when they were not accepting the company guarantee card. when i gave previously they said my mother board was bad and they had to replace iit , than when i went today theyr saying the same thing.

    Default Samsung camera NV10

    My samsung NV10 Camera got screwed up,it is getting switched off often and photos are not clear. With these complaints gave it for services on 8th january 2011 at SAMSUNG INDIA ELECTRONICs PVT LTD, 9, 27TH MAIN 1ST PHASE,RING ROAD,BTM LAYOUT,BANGALORE -560076. They almost took 2 months to service it,on 4th march 2011 took 2500 Rs from me stating they have changed the barrel and stobe everything. The next day itself started facing the same problem, so i gave it back to them on 8th march with the above two complaint, additionally i am not able to move between photos. Once again they took 2 months to analyze and they ended up saying parts are not avialable in India to repair it. Now they are claming they cant repair it.

    one thing i cant understand here, after repairing my complaint got increased not decreased, i am facing additional problem like not able to move between photos.

    What happened to the 2500 Rs which i gave.. there is no proper response from them. They are not picking the call itself. its the worst customer service centre. If you ask them abt the camera, they are giving repsone like the guy(technician) who looked into it, left the company, i am new guy, cant do anything. Sometime receptionalist will attend the call, she will route to camera dept but no one will pick the phone there.

    After fighting with them ,finally they gave solution like go to main camera service centre in Banashankari, to refund the amt. I am not sure what they ll refund. They asked me to bring camera along with purchase bill, international warrenty card(expired) and payment copy which made here for service.I took the camera back from them around may 1st week. For the past ten days i am calling them to get the Banashankari details but everything is in vain. So far i have got 4 contact details from them but everyone is saying they are not working on camera.. they can do mobile service only.


    I am new to blore, to be frank could not find the banasankari ofc, could not even getting proper contact details from them.
    Even could not find the contact details for banashankari office from samsung customer service also(30308282 n 1800 110011).

    I could not even understand the level of customer service which your are providing. Instead of paying 2500 i should have gone for new camera itself. Almost they took 5 months to analyze the issue and tell parts are not available...

    I almost wasted going to BTM(service cente) from Marathalli(home) 3 to 4 times + 2500 Rs, really got frustrated with your service, definetly i will not recommend any of the samsung products to my friends.

    Thanks for your wonderful service, keep up the good work. If it goes like these, you will lose all your customer.

    Angry facing problem

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchase mobile samsung bada wave 2 last 15 days
    before. We are facing so much problem in handset when we using.
    Facebook, Orkut , You Tube they r not open, You Tube video not open .
    We are going in urs service center in nagpur he was say we r not doing
    anything this is urs service center replay. Do something.

    My self Amal Kumar Ghosh live at Ichapur, Ramnagar, P.O. Nawabgunj, Pin 743144. I had purchased a new Samsung Mobile phone (Model No. GT-S5200BDINU) from Sree Guru Optics & Clinic at Ichapur, Kanthadhar on dated 29.05.2011.

    After few days I realized that my Mobile display not working. then I gone to your Barrackpore Service Centre Branch of Samsung dated 24.09.2011. They told to me that Mobile display not repaired without money. I think my mobile is under Warranty period.

    So, I request to you please repairing my Mobile Phone without money.

    Hi,

    I had purchased Samsung Galaxy Fit Gt-5670 from letsbuy.com.After a few months,
    I faced problem with charging.I went to the local service center and they
    replaced the charging point and it worked.After just a week,again I faced
    the same problem and this time they said motherboard needs to be replaced.
    Initially they said its not covered under warranty but later after talking
    to the branch manager,he agreed as the mobile had been at the center just a
    week back.

    It's been almost 3 weeks,I haven't got my mobile back.Every time the customer
    care person would say you would get your mobile back in 3-4 days.They would give the
    excuse that motheboard wasn't available in Orissa and it was taking time to get it from outside.I even
    visited the center and I was assured I would get my mobile repaired soon.
    After calling numerous time,yesterday,I was told there was a track which
    has been broken and it won't be covered under warranty.Now when the problem
    after the mobile was opened in their service center aren't they liable for it?
    Anyways,the mobile is in warranty period also.

    The service center has been grossly unprofessional.I am not willing to
    spend a single penny when my mobile is just 6 months old.
