I took a duplicate SIM a month back with number 8792146133. I submitted photocopy of passport and a photo. But the service does not started. So I called the customer care and come to know that my documents are not submitted. So I again submitted my documents with photo but nothing changed. Till now I have submitted the document four times but I don't see any change.
