I am Sushant, Uninor No. :8421504170. I have recharged Rs 198 and Validity is 30 day, of 4 may 2011. Uninor me send a message 23rd may for you validity is going to expire. 24th may 2011(within 20 days) Uninor stop my outgoing services. My 15000 sec. balance also laps because of stop these services before 10 day.
I have logged the Complaint 26th may 2011 for this issue.ID:15054428193 , they given me resolve time 1 June 2011. On 1st June I got the message from Uninor “your Case has been resolved” but I did not receive my laps Balance (15000 sec). I made a call in Uninor Call centre for the status. They answer me “you will receive your balance today night or tomorrow morning”, but did not receive my balance.
From 2nd June to till day I called every day for this issue .but his answered is “you will receive your balance today night or tomorrow morning”, and “ Company will call you for this” I am still waiting for company call and my balance. But they did not respond me.

I request you please resolved my case APAS.
