More than a month back, I gave my Nokia N82 (Bought at Rs. 21,000) for repair to The Mobile Store on Kalidasa Road, Mysore. The technician's Name is Mr. Venukumar. He told me to come the next day to collect. From that day till now, I haven't received the phone.

He kept giving some or the other excuse everytime I used to call Mr. Venu Kumar (09739009728). Finally after a week I called up the store (0821 - 6455002) and spoke to the store Manager Ms. Neetha/Geetha. She spoke very rudely. Her exact words were - "Venukumar is missing. He has not come to the store for a week. I can't do anything".

Then I contacted their Regional Manager based in Bangalore, Mr. Solomon (09886559524). He arranged a couple of conference calls with Mr. Venukumar but that too didn't lead to anything. Everytime I was given assurance that by evening, the cell would be delivered to my office, but it wasn't. Venukumar's cell is also most of the times switched off. I have also spoken to another Bangalore based Manager, Mr. Ramakant (09986018292). He too just gave assurances and nothing more.

Mr. Solomon assured me that he will come down to Mysore on Friday (10th July), but now there is no response from him too. He doesn't receive my calls. He had personally requested me not to go to the Police.
