False Money Deduction from bank account Hello Team,
This is to inform you that today, 28th August 2012 I attempted to recharge my airtel number +91-9960709193 with Rs. 98 as 2G recharge from Airtel's website. However, after entering all the payment details I got a message on my screen saying the transaction was not successful but the amount of Rs. 98 was deducted from my bank account. Please find the attachment for the same. Later I tried to reach Airtel's customer care but I was kept on hold for more than 8 minutes by the operator. This is really unprofessional.
Can this be looked into please?

airtel online recharge error recharged airtel mobile online with Rs.34 but got an sms showing that only Rs. 1 has been updated and the rest 29 Rs. was deducted as processing fee.
please look into the matter and resolve it

online recharge failure I made an online recharge for Rs.333 for my colleagues mobile no.9894473791 on 29th August 2012 through Airtel website.
The bank account got debited and after returning to Airtel website an error was displayed
"Dear Customer, the transaction for online recharge of your airtel mobile could not be processed. Try online recharge using another bank account or another mode of payment. Please check your bank account before initiating another transaction. transaction id : 885004 recharge amount (Rs.) : 333.00 mobile no. : 9894473791 "
I reported the matter to Airtel Customercare through 198. The executive told he will forward it to his higher authority and before I could ask other details, the call got cut.
I want a solution for this. will the no. be recharged for Rs.333 that was debited from my ICICI bank account or will the amount be refunded to my bank account?
The worst part is that I am still unable to know the status as the customer care executives have answered numerous calls which I did in past 2 days...
pls. take immediate action and let me know the solution which is being taken at the earliest.
pls. ask your customer care executives to attend the calls...
