Loop mobile goes against the law and never lets their customer port out. Since MNP started (20th Jan 2011).I tried to port out of loop mobile(bpl) and was continuously been rejected saying- I am in '10 ka gang' plan and i will have to get into the base plan and wait for three months in base plan .and now after waiting for three months twice my porting was rejected and today 4th june i again opted for an UPC code i had 1 re in my balance of loop mobile after receiving the code LM425394 with a validity till 19/06/2011. I went Aircel gallery and processed with all my porting formalities and within half an hour of submitting my request in Aircel I again got a call from loop mobile saying my request has been rejected saying I have 0 balance in my a/c (which never company informed before about their own clause and neither its anywhere in the rules of porting out.now i am again told to wait for 15 days and then generate another UPC code and then try again later.This time its the height .I want to sue loop mobile for violating the rules of MNP,and harassing a customer so much that they can never think again to port out.

I am ready to take any legal actions against this company.And its not only me suffering from this ,there are many many people i know who could never port out from loop mobile and abuse the company for such a behavior .

Hi I m loop mobile user. And i apply for number portability. I recieved a call from vodafone tellecaller i m loop prepaid customer and they offer 299 monrhly rental postpaid plan i agree worh there plan and i submitt form for postpaid number. I paid for this 370 rs charge and after 7days loop reject my portability they said i m in gang u have to use base plan for 90 days. I m using this no. from last 4-5years. afterthat my money is also total waste.
And i think government lifetime banned loop mobile. loop is loosest network in mumbai

Harrasment by loop mobile at the time of port out Dear Sir.
My name is Vikas Surve. My loop mobile number is 9833776366. I am in loop mobile since last 6 months. Now I want to port out from Loop mobile to Idea mobile. So on 31/12/2011 I sent massage to 1900 and I got UPC LM797619. I filled up the form with Idea mobile and completed all the procedure. But after 2 hour I got a call from Loop mobile and told me that your request to port out from loop mobile is rejected and the reason is I have to wait for 90 days from the date of activation of base plan. Now I dont know why loop mobile is doing this. This is only a harrassment to the costomers. I request you people to give me some solution to solve this problem. Please tell me how to port out from loop mobile and where to complaint. This is very reduculos.

Loop Mobile Not allowing to port out Loop mobile is not allowing me to port out from their service. I applied for porting on 29th December 2011 and since then im being harassed by them. First, my services were shut down, the reason given to me was "address verification". After repeated calls and futile visits to the Gallery, the services were restored finally on the 5th. then again they raised the issue of not being in the base plan. I shifted to the base plan. yet again they said i need to wait 90 days. why are customers not being allowed to port out peacefully? there is no information regarding porting out available on the website. Im ready to file a legal complaint against Loop for causing so much of trouble for one simple task of porting!!
Can someone advise?
