My Airtel mobile number is :9740795015.

I took an Airtel prepaid connection on 11th Jan 2009 from Sagar Fancy (M- 9972279032), Electronics city, Bangalore. I had submitted all the necessary documents allogwith the application form. My mobile was blocked for outgoing call by Airtel on 20th Jan 2009 saying that artifacts were not verified.

I checked with the Sangar Fancy person and the he told that the Airtel distributor is is Pradeep (M 9901181536). I don’t know why the verification was not done and where does the fault lies weather with the distributor or with Airtel. Still I am not able to make outgoing calls.

I had to make many STD calls and I had to go to telephone booth more than 20 times in these 3 days.still the outgoing calls are not enabled even after repeated caling the agent, dealer and the customer care.

I have been using mobile form 6 years and this is the first time I took Airtel connection which now I feel was my biggest mistake.

I want that court take necessary cation against the dealer, distributor and the Airtel and Airtel should cancel the license the for both the dealer, distributor.
