    Default Virgin Mobile complaint

    Even though I have had absolutely NO CONTACT with Virgin Mobile, in April I received, via courier, at my residential address (which I avoid giving for any bills etc – all my post is received at my office address) 17 envelopes from Virgin. Each envelope had a different telephone number allegedly assigned to my name. Assuming these to be some sort of marketing gimmick I ignored them. A few days later, I received twelve envelopes each bearing a bill for some of the earlier seventeen numbers – approximately Rs 50/- each. I then narrated these issue to Virgin mobile. They made me dance from one representative to another, in vain. Here’s the latest I heard: Virgin mobile has copies of: 1. My driving license 2. My Shop & Estd Certificate 3. My bank account details 4. My alleged signature on their application form While my driving license is real, it has been used WITHOUT my consent. Every other document is forged and counterfeit.

    Default changing of plan

    Dear sir,

    my mobile is 9291537088.every month i used mobile to mobile 30 paise per min with recharge of 51 .As same this month also i recharged 51 rupees.but it is not activated.my plan changed to other plan.as per custmer details it going life time plan i need to change old plan plz change to my old plan.

    Angry No coverage

    I am Nitinkumard D Ujawane having verging mobile with no 9271225340.

    From last fifteen days ie before Dipawali, 05/11/2010 in our area coverage is not sufficient.

    It is only available at outside of the building, on roads, on open places with one or two lavels only.

    Please tell me what happened to the coverage.
    I also checke it with other mobile operatiors as Tata Indicom. They are also having the same problem. That means my mobile is not having any problems. The other nos which are using vergine and facing same problem are

    Please do some thing and tell us by how much time the problem will be resolved.

    At tower place I contacted the guard who gave me the mobile no of Mr. Ashis 9270123396. He replied me that the coverage is stopped from the Tower control itself on the order of higher authority. He denied to open the full coverage. He also not given the time by which problem will be resolved.

    Angry Bill generated before completion of billing cycle.

    Hi,

    I am using the virgin vFlash data card since 1 year.
    My vFlash number is 9243932953. This time the bill is generated for 16 days and much before the completion of my billing cycle.
    The worst thing is they didn't inform me about this kind of biill.
    Which cost me arround 300 rupees.
    I tried to contact care@virginmobile.in but their response was like a joke.
    I have experienced the worst customer service with Virgin Mobile.
    Instead of drowning the name of TATA, why not you shut down this useless and highly unreliable service with negligible customer support.

    Default Virgin Mobile sucks

    so, i originally thought vm would be a good carrier to try. read the reviews there were alot that were horrible but i gave it a try anyway... SHOULD NOT HAVE. When i originally got my phone it started to malfunction a few months after having it. It was nothing big so i ignored it. But the problems progressively got worse.. to the point where i could not use my phone at all. I could not call out, send or receive texts, calls.. or get online. And i was paying for all this. More then half the time i could not use my phone. Whenever i would call up theyd say they would call me back within 72 hours and go figure .. they never would.Finally, I talked to someone that had said they would send me a phone right away. I was beyond frustrated at this point because anytime i called up i always got the run around, people would always try and argue with me, talk over me and half the time you really had to strain to understand what they were saying. so i had the phone on the way. In the process of it being shipped i was unable to renew my service because my phone was not working and considering i had had such horrible run ins with trying redeem a mandatory $10 airtime card i was told i had to get when purchasing the phone, and calling and calling and being told it was invalid, and not actually being allowed to redeem it until almost a whole year later... i was skeptical that i would get my money back if i was even able to put more money on my account. Because of an error on there end and having to wait for the phone to ship to my house.. they refuse to renew my service plan which i had had for over a year and said there is nothing that they can do about that. That is bogus they said i voluntarily chose that plan but when i put my money on the account it automatically signed me up for the 35 dollar plan which i don't want seeing as i am now out of minutes for the rest of the month and have been for about a week n a half. And considering the 40 dollar one had been my chosen plan for a long time.
    Whenever i would call virgin mobile they always danced around an answer when i would ask them a question.. some were just down right rude and it seemed they all wanted to argue with you, and they will cut you off of your original service and not even try to work with you when u had to wait for a phone to ship. vm is the worst carrier i have ever been with and i cant wait until i can find new service. You can try Virgin Mobile if you want. But, I should have listened to myself and other people before i decided to.
