I was using corporate mobile phone (9980098203) service provider was Airtel. I have requested Airtel to disconnect service on 16th Jan 2009, I have also received a mail from Airtel stating that they have received the request and customer care will call me back. Till Jun 2009 service was on and I have been charged for minimum amount every month. Recently I have again contact to Airel and requet to terminate the service and refund the amount. on 26th June service was terminated but still I am not getting any update from Airtel for refund. I am call airtel on every ulternate day but not getting any update. Airtel has provided complain no 22042939 and 21989491. today when I have called to customer care they them suggest to go to consumer court if I am not get any solution.
