This is Tanvir Moulvi and my Mobile No is 9833021572. Today at 1308hrs I have done a recharge of Rs 99 Transaction ID M1621059084819. I have received a sms that the transaction has been successful and the amount has been deducted from my Account. However the GPRS pack has not been activated. On calling the call centre at least 10 times I received feedback that the transaction had declined. I have a confirmation sms and would like the GPRS pack activated immediately. I need an explanation as to why after receiving the confirmation the recharge has not taken place, Also the charges are being deducted from my Normal talk time which has to be reversed and I also want a compensation for the mental agony caused by Vodafone
