    Some unwanted messaging services are activated on my mobile phone without any prior notice. I want to discontinue them and hence i am calling costumer care. But i am being unattended my them since yesterday
    Please solve my problem quickly as i am feeling being cheated.

    Default i am being getting charged for some packages which i have not activated from my side.

    i am being getting charged for some packages which i have not activated from my side.
    previous month i was charged for activation of SMP GOLD PACK and was charged 30 rupees for that. i made a complaint for this. Complaint No. 141035105. i received messages that my complaint was resolved but subtracted money was not refunded back to my account. i inquired about that, but i was told that i will be receiving call from higher authority as complaint was forwarded to higher authority.
    i never received any call.
    this month i was charged for Cricket Day Pack and was charged 20 rupees for that. Same thing, i never activated it from my side. customer care representative replied that it was activated through telemarketing services and when i called again i was told it was activated through IVR. to add to it, i had deactivated this services through that customer care representative, but again i received sms for cricket matches and was charged RS 5 on that day. i again called customer care but according to them this service was not deactivated.
    i again called them and asked for answer but they couldn't and told me to speak to team leader, to whom i was connected but had to wait 25 mins and could not talk to him. this happened one more time after which i was able to talk to TL and he said money will not be refunded back as it was activated from my side.
    from my side i had neither ever sms, nor called for any kind of services. customer care people didn't also booked a complaint this time. i got this e-mail ID from them and wanted to make a complaint for it.
    i am also familiar with flash sms, and i didn't received any of these which might have activated this services.
    can you please help me out of this. if really you are for helping customer please go through this and try to refund this subtracted money back to my account. waiting for your reply. thanking you in anticipation.

    the service for getting the detail of available balance of my phone i.e. *226 is not working in ranchi (Jharkhand)..

    I am the mobile user of Reliance co. Serives, I have got tired of unneccesary deduction of mobile prepaid balances,
    they loaunch the schemes without asking the customer, no intimation is there for schemes just deducting the money,
    a have suffered many problems since last 4 years, the following are the compliants,
    1. I have MMS the 2nd person but the person does not recieved the mms then also they deducted Rs 40 from my mobile balance, I called to customer care they shown me the reason the you only can give mms to reliance or air tell user, i have not recieved my money back.
    2.unnecsary scheme Aarti Pack was renewd in my Mobile, but they refund the maney back,
    3.Today My More than 30 rs have deducted for that I called 3 times to customer care, 1st persen told me that server is not working we cant give you the imformation you call after 3 to 6 hours.2nd person i called after 3 hours she told me that the money is deducted becouse of SMS rs0.50/ SMS as today is Xmas, I got the scheme of Rs.0.01 per sms but she told me all the user of this scheme are paying Rs.0.50 / sms then I called my freinds who also having the same scheme as i have they told me that only Rs.0.01 is deducting from the balance, the number of my friends are Manish-9320201100 and Rupendra Chauhan 9321428499.I called the 3rd executive she told me that your balance is dedcted becouse of calls , while checking she told me that you call us after half an hour.
    So please help me, why they are deducting money unneccarily.

    Default Reliance activating services without permission

    Hi,

    my number is 9315116097 and my adress is 241/1 chillian walla line ,ambala cantt.I am using this number from last
    6 yr.From the recent 6 -7 months whenever i recharge my number some or the other service gets activated on it and my balance is deducted.Previously the customer care people used to admit it as software fault and refunded the amount but from last 2-3 months they are not taking any responsiblity.Also they are rude and say you can go to any court you want,if you need help for any court we will do.In such a situation a person really feels nowhere to go.I don't really know how I can step against such operators.I don't want to change my number but also want to teach reliance a lesson.
    Pls help to suggest nessary action i can take.

    Default Didn't get any recharge even after paying 150 Rs Online

    My name is Tarun Agarwal (Reliance GSM mobile no. 7676012004). I have recharged with Rs 150 at 11:35 pm on 5th January 2011 but I haven't got any recharge in my account. I have called RCOM customer care at 198 twice but haven't got any satisfactory reply. As usual their server was down and they couldn't verify whether I had maderecharge or not. They were not ready to lodge any complaint. I am frustrated with their service.
    Now I have to make urgent calls.

    What should I do now. Should I recharge more.....Please give me explanation otherwise I have to take hard steps. You will not only loose a genuine customer but also lot of potential customers too.

    Reply as soon as possible.

    Angry Complaint against CCR (Reliance)

    to Whomever it is concerned,

    This is to inform that this complaint is against one of the customer care executive named Ansari shama of Reliance. After calling the toll free number *333 regarding the deduction of the balance on the number (+919579085399)even after not activating any service for continuous 3 days the above employee did not help at all and went on stating monotonously that she doesn't have any information regarding the number. she also asked to disconnect the call when asked for more options and questions. She denied passing the call to team leader stating that any complaint can be lodged against her and that she is not going to help.
    She was utterly disgusting, impolite, unprofessional and manner less employee of reliance prepaid mobile who is making the standard of the service cheap and third grade.
    If reliance wants to regain its status then they should avoid hiring people like this and if hired then should be fired immediately for the sake of customers who still try to believe that reliance is a good option for communication. She should apologize to the all the customers. I am sure the customers she has dealt so far with are unhappy.
    Hope this issue will be taken seriously and she should be thrown out or should apologize if reliance is not in position to hire a good standard of employees.

    I would also like to get a response on this so as to continue the service with the above company.
