    Dear Sir,

    This is to inform you that I have a Reliance Smart Prepaid Connection bearing No.9692772291 in Orissa. On 5th July 14, 2010 I have received a sms that Your MyZone Pack is activated at Rs.5/5 days. Renewal on 10.07.10. to Unsubs send UNSUB MYZONE TO 53030.
    This service was activated on my mobile without taking my permission.
    And on 8th July 14, 2010 again I received a sms that Your subscription for MyZone will be renewed in two days charges Rs. 30/30 days. If you wish to stop this service sms UNSUB MYZONE TO 53030.
    On the same day I have send the sms UNSUB MYZONE TO 53030.
    Then I received a sms “Sorry! You are not subscribed for the MyZone Pack.

    And on the same day (8th July 14, 2010) Rs.30/- was also deducted from my balance.

    My don’t understand why I have been charged without any service provided by you and instead of 10.07.10 (according to first sms) why my balance was deducted on 8.07.10.

    I have talk your customer care more than 10 times for this my Complaint No. is 131344142 Dated 08.07.2010. I was told that my balance will be refunded in 2 day but till date I have not received my Balance.

    Please look into the matter.

    As you mentioned that you have already registered your complaint with the Reliance customer care but still not get any response, so we suggest you to send a written notice via email, mention all the details in it and ask them for the refund with in the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    Default complaint for relience fresh store for illegal sale of markdown products

    Respected sir/mam,

    this is to inform you dat i am naina and i am the frequent customer at your relience fresh store in jagat puri ,parwana road new delhi-110051.
    This store is illegely salling mark down products to retailer shopkeepers without respecting their customer sales.
    And when asked by the customer for some products ,they speak in unsual manners and say dat these product are already salled and do what ever you feel like.

    Please look into the matter and do the need full as soon as possible.
    Hope you will consider my request and kindly look into the case favourly.

    dear sir,
    what is this? is this manner to deal a customer, which is using reliance since 5 year. I m using both cdma and gsm reliance. The problem is that the customer care executives deal me very badlly some of them are sundeep , ramesh and others , my problem is deduction of balance without any reson it is arise on 14th july . I call to *333 on 16th, executive says balance is deduct bcz of our fault so your balance is credit in two day but again on 20th i call then they said ur problem is solved after a long discusion again complain is taken but my problem is not solved yet now. Today i call whole day but no responce, is it right manner to deal a costumer . my no. is 9749104648 my email add. is shaliniibharti@gmail.com. the no. is from hasimara west bangal. solve the problem as soon as posible.

    Exclamation subscription to CRBT without myrequest.

    On 21st jul 10 I received one SMS that "your subscription to CRBT service has been renewed at Rs 30 for a period of 30 days'.I stunt after receiving this msg.i spoken to service executive regarding this he answered 'you have only requested to subcribe CRBT'.but I never asked for subscribing to CRBT i least bother to subscibe CRBT,then how can i?can u give me justification? without subscription towards CRBT how can Reliance deducted Rs 30 towards CRBT subcription?Pls satisfy me otherwise credit me Rs 30.My mobile no is 09508055292.

    Default Complaint against deduction in balance several times.

    Sir,
    I am a reliance user and my mobile no. is 9335225015. I have facing deduction in my primary balance due to some unwanted services provided by reliance since a couple of months. I have visited Web World and called on your helpline no. several times to deactivate these services but there is no response. Still my primary balance is deducted after a short period of time (15-20 days). Unwanted msg in bulk are being send to my mobile per day. I am really very fed up of this.

    Default complaint against reliance prepaid connection

    My name is akhilesh jaiswal. This is to enquire that I have never asked reliance people to activate any service on my connection neither do I had pressed any key to activate services , still one day in the mid of night these people started caller tunes at 3: 00 AM and deducted money 30 /- and for some other services around 30 more rupees from my account. What kind of business these people r doing. And customers like me r becoming victim of their forceful schemes , hey r providing. Should I go to consumer’s forum or sue against their company. My mobile no is 097828579340. Reply me back , as I ‘ll not drop this matter at this point so that companies like these should learn that they do not have any right to forcefully provide their services against anyone’s will.Kindly suggest what to do? my email Id is akhilesh.jswl@gmail.com

    Respected sir,
    I want to inform you that customer care excecutives are not responding on any of the customer care number. The SMS service in J&K circle was banned since may. but sms pack of 19 Rs was automatically renewed every month . I tried to contact customer care executives almost many times but it was useless. now finally i have deactivated this pack renew service.Now i am facing a new problem every day Rs 5 from my balance is deducted automatically. i hav'nt subscribed any pack. customer care helpline is useless. i am very much dissapointed by reliance gsm network.
    i want an immediate response against my complaint and my compensation. or i will launch a case in the court against reliance network.

    Default deduction of amount from my balance

    sir,
    about Rs.30 has been deducted from my balance. i have not taken any extra service from reliance gsm. any service is forcely activatei by them. in spite of several times reporting no complain has been registered by customer care of reliance gsm.

    My Name is Faisal and I am from Hyderabad.

    I've been Using reliance CDMA connection since 2006, every year this company deactivates my service by just asking me to provide or submit new application form. in the year 2006 my services were barred many times. ever since 2006 this company has made up a rule of disconnecting their services ever 3rd or 4th month. this year 2010 my services were barred to all the three numbers in the month of January. I had submitted 3 form as I have three prepaid numbers on my name which as follows 9391288266 used by me / 9395393466 used by my wife / 9393330882 my mother-in-law. the reason of having these numbers on my name was they were receiving unsolicited calls and they were receiving calls from some unknown persons in the middle of nights. got those numbers disconnected & opt for these new numbers on my name.

    The address mentioned above has never changed ever since I was born.

    Every time these agents at Reliance Web World take a CAF, and give a fake promise of not letting this thing happen again.

    Kindly help me out with a solution.
    I want an immediate response against my complaint or I forced to launch a case in the court against Reliance network.
