    Hi this is vivek khaitan,
    from SURAT , GUJARAT,
    my number is 9033719938
    I had bought this card around a month back,
    Now suddenly company has started using my number for their promotional ads
    (i.e. whenever any one calls me first an IVR says some kind of advertisment of company then after 10 sec the
    phone gets connected).
    So i have decided to go to consumer court for using my number for advertisment without my permission,
    So can any one guide me with the procedure????

    Default not getting bill

    my mobile number 9374565111 and landline number 0261-3065111 .our address is ANUPAM HOUSE, near sagar textile market,ring road, surat.we are complaining from about six months on this topic.they are replying that we will get it within seven days.but we are not getting it.i think so by mistake they would sent at anupam market instead of anupam house(which is near our office).our request is that please sent the bill at another no.9375365222.937536522,bill of this no is on hema anupam mittal.please if possible contact me on 9427111695.

    I bought a Reliance GSM connection and the SIM card registration is failing once in a while. past one month this happened for three times and the only option is to apply for a new sim. The customer care support guys are so adamant to provide the reason for this issue and i find that many people are facing this issue. All are buying a duplicate sim by paying 25 rs.

    Yesterday Missed call me On 5644789 Number & i Call U this Number & hardly Connect the call i m Hiring A IVR "Hindi Ke Liye " Imidiate the Disconnect the call .& i Have Charge For 25RS.Bu i M not Selesct the Activateion Requst number But Service is activated.So, i m not Satisfied ,i Call U Costomer Care So,Speak me MR Parwej Khan TL,He is provided Wrongle Information ,Or Tell me unnesessery Answer .

    Angry complaint about speed

    Hello, sir I have a complaint about your speed you have told in the 500 plan that there is 200 mbps speed but you are sending only 100 mbps whole day at night also you told there is 700 mbps but there is only 100 mbps thank you

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    I am writing this mail to launch a complain against reliance customer care representatives as when i was going to go for a new scheme of Rs.599,they were not bothered to inform me about the 2700 minutes limit to call to any reliance phone and then after 10-15 days when my cell got disconnected due to insufficient balance I made a complain n asked them the reason for their carelessness to provide me with inadequate information they were showing no response so I have to opt for this option.I kindly request you to please solve the problem as soon as possible.I would provide you with the details of the phone number on which scheme was done - 9374795396 from surat(gujarat) and this number is taken on the name of Ashok Agarwal (My dad).If you need any further enquiry about this do mail me i will repond to you as soon as possible.

    Angry Reliance customer exective using vulgar languages

    It has always been a horrible experience for me to talk to your customer care executives. Today 10th June 2010 i called them from my mobile 9356788254 thrice at 00:05, 00:15 and 00:25 to make a complaint regaring charges levived to my account for calling a toll free number 1800266121. But none of these three exectives have taken this complaint, instead they just assured that this will not happen next time. I insisted them to take complaint but they didn't.

    Moreover the executives became irritated and talked in vulgar lungague which is not appropriate in any sense. I have recordings of the 2nd and 3rd executives. I was succeeded in filling the complaint with the help of my fourth call at 00:40AM. But I would like you to investigate in find out the culprits and take displinary action against them or else i'll file case against you.

    Please take this email seriously or else consequence might be sever.

    Default Pathetic customer care service

    I am Sanjay staying at faridabad, unfortunately I am using reliance Prepaid Mob, I havnt subscribe any callet tune, and i been realized by one of my student that a cheap songss caller tone is played on my phone, since one hour I am trying this customer care, but I dont find any option to speak to an executive on *333 and *369, there is no option for these and these people are making me listen which I dont need, and some how I got in to menu of recharge, customer care infomred me that there is no direct no. call an executive, I asked him give me any no, He said sorry we dont provide personal Information, some how I managed this no. 011 30332655, its contly engaged. Please do some thing, or dont keep its name as customer care, this is customer scare, this is cheap way of marketting your products for the company like reliance.

    Dear sir/mam,

    There is a sceme of reliance that on recharging by Rs. 79/- call rates betwen 11:00PM to 6AM for Reliance mobile to any other mobile will be charged at half rates and R to R charges between this time is Free. so i have recharged by Rs 79/- on 29.05.10. even after that i am charging by full rates between this time. i have comlained so many times to customer care they entered my complain and said that your problem will be solved within 48 Hrs and your exess charged money will be refunded but even after 48 Hrs. neither my money has refunded nor my call rates has been changed so i called again and talked their floor manager Mr. Pankaj Kumar he told me that just wait again for 48 Hrs. we will write your complain again and your problem will be resolved. as on today my problem is not solved and due to calling so many times to customer care now call to customer care from my mobile is deactivated... i am very much unsatisfied from their response. now i need my exess charged money back. so please do the needful.

    i bought a topup card today and trying to recharge it through *368 from the morning the card validate till 2014am calling and calling and calling but it tells this route is busy
    Please tell me What to do?i tried to call customer care but it does not get me to customer care officer

    I am chandan Gupta, currently living in dwarika Sec-19, With respect I want to say that I am trying for GPRS Activation, misguided and wrong commitment, by Executive Mr.Anitesh, I was asking him, GPRS query but misguided then I asked him GPRS related question.He abused me and disconnected phone. i surprised that kind of attitute in your excutive, I was talking to him yesterday at 10. p.m
