my outgoing calls are barred so pls correct this complaint .
also my sms are not sending any where.pls do this quickly.

i mithlesh...,changed my network from airtel to reliance last week..my reliance number is "8088220271" .as i saw the add of reliance saying it has good network with out any prblm....,i saty in heart of bangalore i.e J.P.Nagar near oxford college...,frm day one im nt getng proper ntwrk nd alwys it goes emrgncy mode,, i even chkd insrtng th sim in other handset also bt same prlmb....., til now nt a singl call i have spoken....,all th times it gets disconbted or th opposit prsn cannot heer my voice goes blnk..... in indoor & also outdoor ,pksn sir rctify ths prblm... i beg u as i dnt have any other number.....,im totaly depnd on ths number.....i have even lodged complnt in costmr cr also even i went prsnly to outlest bt nthng has happend sir.....,pls.....

recently purchased reliance gsm prepaid connection. no. +91 9590485521 from bommanhalli, bangalore.
all the requirements like id proof, passport photo duly filledup forms submitted while purchasing at reliance dealer.
after a month suddenly, when i had to make some emergency important call, my service is disconnected.
when i approached customer care, it was due to non-submission of required documents. again i went and enquired a dealer where i purchased. i was told they submitted then itself. now i need to submit where..and what kind of service they are providing to the consumers..?

I could learn that you are deducting Rs.12/-per week from my prepaid life time valid connection ( 9341159861) for the last one year for no good reasons. I have complained to the customer care section of the Koramangla unit and nothing has been done so far. Your SMS sent to me in my mobile appears as an insult to me as a customer.
please note that I am not interested in any sms/ advertisement of jokes.
i AM GETTING THE FEELING THAT i HAVE BEEN CHEATED FOR NO GOOD REASONS. You may think that small amount like Rs.12/- week may not come to the notice of the customers. .
Sir, please understand that you cannot fool everyone every time. one day or other day they will come to know the fact.
Kindly advise the concerned persons to refund the amount deducted from my prepaid connection at the earliest.

Sir,i am a student of IIIT-Bhubaneswar.i have reliance smart service,but it has a very poor networking at my college while other network services have good networking.I think there is no tower at Gothapatna,Malipada,Bhubaneswar.so i would request you to set up a tower near my college for which i will be obliged.

Dear Madam,
I was using Reliance data card no.9322139688. On 30th Nov officially I submitted a letter to disconnect the line. Request id no. given at that time was 114503515. All the dues were cleared as per the customer care executive. The last bill recd was Rs.1704.50. We were told at the reliance Web World to clear payment of Rs.2345 which was done immediately in cash. Inspite of closure of this account so systematically. The above no.never got disconnected and Reliance kept on sending the minimum bill . Later on 8th March another letter was issued giving all this explanation and requesting to close the account. Reliance staff did not even bother to accept the letter and forced to pay Rs.1200 aprrox to claose the account. This is nothing but harrasment. All documents are available and we request your help to help us close this account with immediate effect without asking us to pay any furhter money after the alst payemnt done on on 30/11/09.

I am mentioning a simple procedure which will strengthen your case if you need to knock the consumer forum, first register your complaint with the Reliance Customer care, and in case Reliance Customer care failed to provide you any solution then send a email to your area nodal officer, mention all the details in it and ask them for the solution within the mentioned time in the notice, and in case the Nodal officer also get failed to give you any solution then forward your complaint to the Appellate Authority, wait for their response.
Follow the above mentioned procedure, and if still not get any solution then file case in consumer forum.

Note: The mentioned procedure strengthen your case.

This matter informed to the supplier also,They are telling If any problem in the line speed they cant do any thing, then who will solve my problem.
Day time fully no speed to open the page and check my mails,only little speed after midnight 2pm.
I paid RS-1889/= but no use.If I go to the browsing center with A/C per hour Ihave to pay only RS20/ with excellent speed.
Reliance has to check the area and netspeed before selling the product.Your aim is simply sell the product means ofcourse you will earn the customer dissatisfaction due to the worst service should not spoil the bussiness and brand name in the present competetive market.

I have Reliance no. in which i monthly get a STV done of Rs. 999 which includes Reliance to Reliance free all over India and additional 100 Rs. which is valid for 15 days and the free calling facility is valid for 30 days.
On April 2nd 2010 i at around 7:30 p.m. got the same thing done for which i received a message that my recharge was done. Again by using *226 facility i confirmed the same thing as the msg mentioned that STV valid till May 2nd 2010. Then i used the phone to talk to my parents on the same day till the next day i called them intermittently who are living out of state. On 3rd April i was talking to someone on Reliance no. suddenly my call got disconnected then when i again tried to call there was a msg that i had insufficient balance. I thus called the Call Center where some executive told me that minimum main balance should be more than 1 Rs hence i recharged my acct with 50 Rs. which has a recharge amount of 43.33. Again after making call to my parents on a reliance no. my acct balance was 34.52 at that point i reliazed that my STV facility has not been implemented so i lodged a complaint on 04/04/2010 at 1:00 a.m. after which i recieved a complaint no. 123162170 in which it was stated that action will be taken within 2 days.
On 05/04/2010 i got a msg regarding this stating "Dear Reliance customer As per SR 123162170 the benefit was already posted in your account Reliance". After which i again used *226 which showed validity till May 2nd therefore i again lodged complaint asking my validity to be increased till the date the complaint was not solved that is May 5th as i was unable to reap any benefit of the STV so they gave me a complaint no. 123227305. After that call my calls were barred from being connected to Reliance Customer Care so i used my husband's cell to make a call. Again on April 06, 2010 i got a msg from Reliance that "Dear Reliance customer As per SR 123227305 the benefit was already posted in your account Reliance" but till now i am not able to make free calls to Reliance phones and my validity is still maintaining on May 2nd,2010.
Please help me in this regard as i am furstated because of this and want to take further action against RCOM as i am being Misinformed that my account is having the facility and if i make phone calls to reliance network mobiles my money is being deducted. I want my validity to be increased to the date when i will be able to use this facility and i want my 150 Rs. of recharge back or the same amount being credited to my reliance no. 9311550089
one of my female friend is receiving vulgar msgs from the number 9692446619, and when i call him back he is not responding.
she is very upset with this incident, and very tensed
