I have been chasing you for the smae from the last month of July and I wanted to pay the bill it was you guys who were delaying the same.
Do something reagarding this, I cant stand this mental troma and my heart is too weak to handle all these hardships.

I still want to know why I need to pay the bill for August???????????I requested you guys for shifting on 31th of July and I left the place where I was living, after back to back followup from my end (Because you guys were not even bother to respond) I got nothing, that too it took more then a month for you to communicate that Its not possible for you guys to shift.
Because you guys kept me in delima that you might shift the connection one day or other, I used to go to internet cafe to do my official work, I have critically important clients to take care of, I told the same things to the executives who picked up the phones... even they feel pity on me... Even then I didnt over reacted...
Initially when a guy came to my house for giving connection... he informed me that It takes just 2 days for shifting... I can write this mails endlessly with the kind of services or right word is "suffering" it got from you!!! Do you have any services level aggrement for this.. I need that aggrement so that I can go to consumer forum can i put there the way I was treated...i way you gave me the false information... I do have the bills for the internet cafe where I worked for a month...I have list of customer service executive with whom i talked and got nothing apart from dizziness..
You go ahead and charge me for the August, September and October, it took more then a month to realize that there are no damn ports available at my location for this facility and what do you do , add the amount to bill that is already overshot because of your stupid system that does not record the disconnection.
This is the fun part .. I called you guys up so many times that i remember your IVR by-heart ..... and only when i gave up and refused to pay the bill you guys called me back and tried to rectify the whole thing .... at the expense of sounding repetitive "ARE YOU KIDDING ME"
This is not Customer Service .. This is Customer Agony ...!!!
There is a problem in my connection and keeps dropping all the time, I raise a request with you guys nobody came to fix it up, I raised it not once but twice.. i don't even have the patience to call you guys and complain, so I started living with this issue .. I am just gonna go to a different service provider .. I feel BSNL can do a better Job than you guys , You guys suck!
As far as my creditably is concerned for paying the dues please have a look at the below mail, despite of having zillions of issues I requested you guys to tell me the way so that I can pay your dues.

I tired the same before, your site is not working I am not going to pay extra
amount if its doesn't work by end of the day.
At the same time, I requested for shifting of the connection, it was logged on
31 of the last month, but I still haven't heard from any one, when ever I call
your customer care they say you are in a process of server up-gradation and its
going to take a while. In the end I am the one who is getting ripped, when I
took the connection they told me Its just gonna take 5 days for transferring, I
work from home now I need to go every day in a cafe near by to sit there, you
can't Imagine the level of pain I am going through and the worst part is when
ever I call your customer services guys and I ask them to raise the severity or
to escalate the this irony is no one call me back to give me
some significant information on the same.
I took the connection thinking I am opting for the best and here I
am suffering suffering and suffering in every possible way i can, Thank for
being such an under achiever.
