    Default MNP - Loop Mobile

    Note : My All dues are clear, Plus i had paid this month rental in advance, plus they have Rs. 1000/- as security deposit.

    I had given port out request on 20th May. Vodafone guys told me to regenerate MNP code as expiry is on 21st May. So i got new code on 23th, Plus i was told that you need to clear all due and make adv. payment so there will be no reason to reject request. Now when i checking status, my relation ship manager says that your request had been disapproved because of contractual disagreement. I have not taken any special plans what ever plans i am using that is standard and offered by Loop Mobile. I request you to look into this matter and resolve at earliest.

    There is conflict in Loop Mobile Assistant and Relation manager words. RM says you need to deactivate DST Express plan and resubmit MNP Application and MA says you just have to deactivate Itemized EBill. I think they are just wasting our time. They don't have clear idea what is process and they don't have any access to back end team. If they treat 11 years old customer like this then there is serious problem.

    i am a victim of similar fraud with loop mobile , there was this person from Tata Indicom who helped me get through with all the possible ways to get my number ported out and finally we succeded in the same as per his guidelines.

    Angry For crbt deactivation & refund for the same

    SIR,

    My Mob No. 9821240133.
    I have ACTIVATED DO NOT DISTURB(DND).

    I have NOT activated or request for any CRBT.

    I Neither got any call from you for CRBT,NOR any sms.

    Then also CRBT activated by you,without any msg,DEDUCTION started unnessesarily.....

    I have given complaint to CCR on 800,198,ONLINE CHAT,9821099800...

    Even I had send many mails to mobile.assist@loopmobile.in, but my complaint not resolve by you.

    But STILL IT IS ACITVATED ON MY MOBILE NO.

    I have got many DOCKET NO FOR DEACTIVATION & FOR REFUND ALSO,

    STILL SERVICE IS GOING ON AND DEDUCTION TOO.

    SO,

    1. I WANT TO COMPLETE DEACTIVATE OF CRBT,WHICH IS ACITVATED BY YOU.

    2. I WANT FULL REFUND FOR DEDUCTION FORM 6 DECEMBER 2011 TILL TODAY.

    3 ALSO GURANTEE THAT IT'LL NOT ACTIVATED ON MY NO. AGAIN.

    Also tel me,

    When LOOP MOBILE will STOP all this UNNESSESARY DEDUCTION FROM CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT????
