I stay in Sonari, Jamshedpur and for the last six months the BSNL network at my residence is very very weak. The calls keep getting disconnected. I tried to raise a complaint with BSNL but all I got was a huge number of verification calls without any response to my problem or solution whatsoever. I was so fed up with this that ultimately I had to tell them that my problem is resolved.
