I am having vodafone no. 9811725262 from last almost 5-6 years. Recently i m in AP, and i came to know that my phone services has been barred. I called customer care 3 times every time they are saying " your services has been stopped , you haven't submitted your docs. How can this possible recently have issued duplicate sim card fro the same no. and i have submitted copy of DL there in your Raja Garden vodafone store. I can not submit papers again as i already informed you im in AP and working in a remote location.

Response from customer care --- " i m transferring this call to my senior" - no body picking up the call then.. 3 times i called same answer. I am totally confused. This is not done boss. I m crying here kindly help me out.
