Concerning non activation of rs 19 topup pack Idea No:9702749089
I had recharged with Rs.19 for 30p/min plan on 14/05/2011 10:21 am
it got activated in 4hrs and was working on 14/05/2011,15/05/2011
on 16/05/2011 the scheme got deactivated and i was charged 1p/sec
i registered a complaint for the same 1-15552675781 on 16/05/2011
i was refunded rs 19,and i was told some configuration error on your end as the reason for the same, but my complaint didnt get resolved cause the complaint was basically for plan activation and not for money refund on the pack,
i was told to go to the retailer to recharge again, inspite of me not agreeing to it, and the comlpaint was closed from ur end without getting my pack activated and instead refunding me rs 19 which was not acceptable to me
to prevent further inconvenience to me, i recharged again rs 19 from a retailer as directed by your employee on the phone mr vivek
i recharged with Rs.19 on 18/05/2011 06:55pm
according to which my plan need to have been activated by 10:55pm 18/05/2011, as it takes 4 hrs for activation as mentioned on your pack
I would like to bring to your notice, that the plan has not been activated "YET"
i would like u to immediately activate my plan, instead of offering me Rs19 refund
Also i would like to be refunded the money wrongfully charged to me from the duration of 18/05/2011 10:55pm till date
based on 1p/sec instead of 30p/min as promised to me.
It has been really very very Inconvenient calling your call center again and again and getting dismal and RUDE response, this has not been my experience with idea so far, but this one incident has left its mark.
i have mailed the nodal officer, the applette officer,
thier numbers are perinnially busy, neither they have the least courtesy to reply to any of the emails!
its unbelivable that a problem is hanging for more then 10 days in todays world
highly disppointed with idea services
I would request you to kindly redress my problem as soon as possible with the plan activation and appropriate money refund
