    Default Airtel Lifetime prepaid Connection



    Dear Sir

    I am Ashwanee Kumar Tiwary, and I have a Airtel Lifetime prepaid Connection
    9939623715 with the name of Arun Kumar Tiwary (my younger brother). From
    past three years. Past 5 days it was rejected by you. I have called to your
    customer care at 9934012345. After too much try they pick up phone one time
    and said that there was a problem in your network setting. I gone to a
    repairing mechanic he has tried and called that your sim is rejected. After
    this no one form your customer care was pickup the phone. I am currently in
    Delhi in roming and I have only this number to contact any one. I don’t want
    to change my no. because this has been given to all of my contact.

    My connection is lifetime connection and I have fulfill all your terms and
    conditions against connection. I am in great difficulty. Please take steps
    against my request. Your customer care executives are not taking care in my
    problem all though I have call them while in roming.

    Please take sufficient steps against my request. I am in great
    problem. Now a days I have applied for several job and send number to all
    the recruiters. Please help me. I will be very thank full to you.

    Default Airtel Not convert LIftime prepaid sims into postpaid in j&k

    Hello Sir,
    I buy a Airtel lifetime prepaid sim with conditions of no rent. we all
    know that prepaid sims are banned in j&k for security reasons.Now
    Isn't it responsibility of airtel to convert our prepaid sim into
    postpaid with same conditions of Rs 0 montly rent?
