    Default Complaint agaist Tata Teleservices -Kolkata

    Dear Sir,

    With due respect this is to state that I had been a Tata Indicomm post-paid
    Customer with the following details:
    1.
    a) Tata Indicom Account Number: 801531142
    b) Tata Indicom - Telephone Nos. 9230541724 , 9230541725
    c) Phone in the name of - Kuldeep Singh
    d) Billing Address:
    C/O Visakhapatnam Steel Plant
    1-A.J.C. Bose Road, 2nd Floor.
    Kolkata-700 020 (W.B.)
    e) Number of Telephones connection in a single account No.
    801531142 : 2 phones.
    f) Activation Date: 20.10.2006.
    g) Security Deposit -Rs.1000/-.
    h) Allotted Credit Limit: 4000/-.

    2. The above said telephone no 9230541725 were under "Get More-99" tariff
    plan with a promo offer of Rs.150/- pm for free incoming while in roaming.
    The purpose was to retain the phone in roaming area permanently from the
    very first day of activation i.e. not in local network area.

    3. The other Tel No. 9230541724 was under "Talk World 299" tariff plan
    with promo of Rs.75/- for free Local Tata to Tata (T2T) calls.

    4. Now the actual fact is that on scrutiny of my monthly bill
    following irregularities were noticed. :-

    a) For Tel. No. 9230541725, the tariff plan was changed from "Get
    More 99" to "CMO-Get More Roam" without any intimation to me.

    b) Because of the change made as said in (a) above, the incoming
    calls had been charged @Rs.1.75 per minutes instead of tariff plan "Get
    more-99" with a promo offer of Rs.150/- pm.

    5. Had Tata Indicomm intimated me about the above said change I
    would have opted for a local Tata Indicom connection for the No. 9230541725
    instead of "CMO Get more roam" imposed upon me. Consequences upon the above
    fact, If the service provider (tata Indicomm) would have informed me about
    all changes made in the tariff plan then -accordingly I would have gone for
    a different tariff plan for 9230541725 and in fact could have taken a local
    SIM-card of that locality to avail the call charge of Re.1 per 3 minutes
    (calls made from 9230541724) instead of being charged @ Rs.1.75 per minute.


    6. In addition to above, I may mention here that everyday I used to
    receive 8 to 10 calls as well as SMS's from the service provider's call
    centers in regard to certain commercial advertisement etc. Whereas an
    important matter such as change of your tariff plan has not been yet
    communicated to me to avoid all inconveniences.

    7. Already the communication has been done with the service provider
    for atleast sending an amended fresh bill which may be generated as per
    initial agreement signed by me with them for payment concern.I have
    personally visited Ulta Danga Head Office of this Service provider and
    submitted the complain to Ms Rikta .But nothing fruitful has been done .

    8. I solicit your all co-operation in this subject on
    urgent basis for settlement of this matter as every day the calls are
    given at my office regarding this matter which give a kind of humiliating
    feeling.

    9. On 25 May, 2007 i have represented my grievances by visiting personally
    to Ulta Danga (Kolkata) office of the company and by submitting in writting
    all the facts and a request for the early resolution of the
    complaint/dispute, but no-one addressed the issue except one positive
    development the company people stopped coming to my office and calling me
    for money. I thought that the matter is resolved but i was wrong because Now
    after such a lont time they have got a notice issued agaist me from the Lok
    Adalat - kolkata asking me to appear in the designated court on 27.06.2009.
    10. on the said date i had gone to the designated court with all my
    documents in regard to the said dispute but the court did not even see the
    documents and also did not listen to my grievances , rather straight forward
    asked me "how much i can pay to settle the case", finally the matter was not
    settled.

    11. I would request you very humbly to kindly look into the matter and help
    me resolve this long pending issue.

    I am Biswajit Mukherjee son-in-law(my mob no 9433193824) of your mob user R.N.Banerjee,72,College Rd,Howrah-711 103 presently at Hardwar Sector 6,Plot 2 with mob no9230500282 with roaming activation no215188047 dt 31-3-2010 from Howrah True Value Hub finds his phone dead and I got the docket no 215968989 on 7-4-2010.Last call I got from his friend Mr.Anath (mob 9231886531)that Mr.R.N.Banerjee has got a number 04066570560 but till now his phone is dead. S.O.S

    Angry without subscribtion callertune activate

    Respected sir ,
    I have a complaint agenst tata indicom telephone service. my tata indicom no is 9230229322. on 9-9-2010 at 11.00am when i call my number i listen a callertune which is activated autometically. so i will requested to you that as early as possible deactivate my callertune and add back my balance. otherwise it is not possible for me to continue with your service.
