Respected sir,

i am using airtel services from last one year....regulalry facing problem in call
dropping automatically caller tune activation and activation of GPRS service
my number is 9996020739 (haryana-kaithal) the main issue is not with Rs. 502 easy
recharge for GPRS mobie office activation for one month.

i had purchase a easy recharge of .Rs. 502 (for Monthly mobile office service pack
for one month) for one month of internet service. when i get recharge my cell phone
with Rs. 502 with transaction ID 699550331 on 19-june-2009 at 12: 57 pm according to
message recieved from Erecharge... i got my pack activated next day on 20th june
2009 but before the monthly pack activation i am already using daily mobile office
of Rs.25 before activation of monthly mobile office i do a call on customer care and
ask him how to deactivate the daily mobile office pack i need not to use this pack
now b'coz i had recharge Monthly mobile office on 19june2009 and asking to customer
care for deactivation of daily mobile office on 20june2009 when i ask to customer
care he said that you have to type UMO and send it to on 52505 and you will recieve
a confirmation sms from airtel of deactivation of your daily mobile office pack. i
do the same as customer care guide me. I got a message from airtel that message is (
YOU HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFULLY UNSUBSCRIBED FROM MONTHLY MOBILE OFFICE. sms MO to
subscribe any time) i am shocked how can it is possible i again call a customer care
and tag a complaint about this he said you will get you monthly mobile office pack
Re-activated with in 24 hours from 20-june-2009 to 25-june-2009 no revert and no
pack is activated in the mention period i am fed up with airtel services he is not
giving me any positive response and now today 25-june-2009 i am unable to call
customer care b'coz airtel had barred my calls to customer i am unable to contact
customer care from my number...the name of the customer care guys are Mr.anil,
Mr.rajinder, Mr.pawan he is not giving me any response after 24 hours everytime i
have to call customer care now i am unable to contact customer care b'coz the calls
to customer care is barred

and also those supervisor who giving me a commitment of 24 hours that your service
will be activated with in 24 hours name are as follows: Ms. Satnam, Ms. suman, Mr.
Sukhraj.

and today when i talked to mr. sukhraj same words used by him (give me 24 hours i
will get back to you with better services)

please sir do my favour i am very helpless this time ....just fed up with airtel
services just b'coz they are not providing a fair customer service to customer

and tha day after tomorrow i am going to print some line in news paper in punjab
kesari, dainik bhaskar.
