i have been cheated by relaince mobile service,i like to lodge complain against the
company,kindly guide me,
Complain detail- i am usuer of mobile cdma prepaid mobile service no is
9364537073,on 29 th may recharged my account with 39 rs STV for std rate cutting and
then followed top up with 200 rs ,but what i got 107 rs of talk value with 14 days
validity and STV pack not applicable.but for your information my no already having
life time validity upto year 2022,then how and where they added 14 days validity and
deducted for that,again that 39 rs STV pack validity is showing upto 28th of june
but i am not geting benefit since account being recharged wrongly 200 rs according
to them.this recharge made through retail shop,in first notice itself i contact
company as well as retailer they told it will be reverse and after that several
times i contact customer care they are answering routine way without taking any
action even sometimes they replied me irresponsible manner like i have to go and beg
retail shop for my money back,but i have purchased product by name of
company and once company given authority to sell their product through retailer
then its their responsibility to educate them and any misunderstand ing between
customer then they should clarify it.in this situation i felt mental pressure and
also i was unable to make some buissines call which results moneytary loss also.

I (chanchal Kumar) recharged my mobile 9313138941 with rs 501 from icici (online).
but there is no balance against that money.then i check whether that is valid value or not,then i come to know 501 is not valid amount.
so want my money back to my account which already deducted from my account.
