    Default Poor customer service (Rcom)

    Same mail is already been marked to customer care of Rcom.

    I am prepaid user of Rcom my number is 9320794105 on 11-Jun-09 got a message that
    voice chat activation has been done due to which u have deducted Rs-30 from balance
    when i called up to customercare department of Rcom to inquired they told me that
    service bimistakeky activated in your account it will be reversed to u within 24
    hours also will deactiavte the service.

    But till date havnt received my balance back despite of making number of calls to
    customer care of Rcom more on that when called up to know the status of my query as
    on 16-Jun-09 agent name Ajit he used abusive language after that i replied him in
    the same manner and launched a complaint (101086030) against him to his suprior
    authority and he told me u will get reply about action taken on him within 48hrs
    hours but again same things is going on no reply till date.

    Customercare service of RCom is Pathetic no one has proper answer to provide their
    customer it is been almost 10 days now i am making call to get my money back.

    i am fade up listening two sentences 1) we are unable to check your details as our
    syntem is not working so request u to call aftersome time.2) if fortunately its
    works then i am sending reminder to our concerned department u will get ur money
    back very soon.

    Please do something to refund my money and i hope atleast this time u will take
    care of query .

    Default networking problem in Pauri Gharwal (Uttrakhand)

    Sir I am a engg. student studying in G.B.P.E.C Pauri Gharwal I am the daily user of RIM but here i am facing lot of networking problem. Since 1 week there r no network bcoz of which i can't even talk at my home. Except this we even can't make call to customer care as it never connects there. I would like u to say that please take some strict action against this. most of the students are also willing to take RIM connection but because of this problem they are refusing it. this could help both of us so please kindly think of it. Since 1 week there r no network bcoz of which i can't even talk at my home. Except this we even can't make call to customer care as it never connects there. I would like u to say that please take some strict action against this. most of the students are also willing to take RIM connection but because of this problem they are refusing it. this could help both of us so please kindly think of it.     Smile Poor quality wll telephone set

    I had purchased a CDMA phone Ser No. 102HPYC533178 on14 Oct 2010 from Reliance Infocom outlet at Abu Lane Meerut. Eversince purchase, this set ig giving troubleand sent to LG Repair Centre Meerut. The Mother Board and Battery have been changed and set repaired five times since it's purchase but not working satisfactorily. This set is again with the repair centre since 15 April 2011 and it is still not repaired.
    I had requested your Reliance outlet to replace this set and I will pay additional cost but they sent me to LG for this. LG rep says that this set is purchased by Reliance and they have sold it to you so you should ask Reliance Communications to change it.
    I wish to request you to kindly instruct your Outlet at Abu Lane Meerut to replace this set with good quality set and I shall pay the difference of cost. I am fed up with this set and donot wish to move to Consumer Court being your Customer since 2000 and have three Reliance Connections.
    An early action is requested

    Sir,I am Pankaj Kumar with mobile no. 7827218200 of Reliance GSM.
    I am really fed up with your random balance deduction.
    You are continuously deducting balance from my number,Why..??

    Actually you are continuously deducting balance from my numbers..
    First you deducted Rs.10 on 27-May,2011.(not refunded yet..)

    This time you have deducted Rs.15(8:45am) again on 30-May,2011 for all thing which i have never activated & Deactivated so many times so far after each deduction from the same no.,
    also note that the balance deducted amount of Rs.15 from 7827218200 on 31-May,2011 has also not refunded yet..

    Also note that you have made all these deduction within last 1-6 days.

    What the hell is going on sir..??
    How the balance can be deducted when i am not using any kind of service on any of the no. currently.
    I have not made any call, not sent any message & also not used any third party service in last few days,So how the amount can be deducted...??

    Will you please answer these questions...!!!

    Even your customer care executives( name laxmi,vinay etc ) on 198 are talking to me in abusive manner . What is this..
    Last time when i called on 198 on 30-May-11 (3.12am) one of your CC executive transferred my call to his Tapori friend in place of senior executives.

    Please help me,i need my whole money back any how which you have charged me so far because you are charging me any random amount continuously after certain period & giving the response like you will not face any problem in the near future.
    Till today no one has contacted me regarding this issue even after lodging the same complaint 2 times so far..

    Will you please stop the balance deduction activity or i am suppose to change my operator..??
