    Unhappy Complaint against Reliance India Mobile

    I was using the facility of Reliance to Reliance free calling since last FOUR months but yesterday i could not call to a reliance number on which i was calling since last 4 months. I have called to reliance customer care it was by default u were calling, there is no facility to call at this number. I was calling since last 4 months then why my free calling is deactivated.

    Red face ...Missled by Customer care excecutive reliance GSM..

    I am a user of Reliance GSM service ,once i got an SMS that calling rates has been slashed now call std/local at Rs-1 for 3 mins.

    I called customer care executive and asked if i call for (One) minute then what would be charges ?? he said the charges would be calculative as 3 mins call rate is 1 rupees then 33.3 or the amount divided by three.i have activated the service but when i called every minute they deduct 1 rupees.I again called CCE and asked about this they say this is the way.now i wanted to deactivate the plan to earlier plan they say that i need to pay 48 rupees again to go back to earlier plan..i spoke to senior executive they leave my call hang on...i kept on trying to speak to them...they kept on doing the same.....!!

    i was misguided by customer care executive.

    Post for information of balance after every outgoing call by msg.

    hi,
    I m user of RIM(CDMA/Pre-Paid).Many time I have requested for information of balance after every outgoing call through msg.This type of facility is available in every network accept RIM,but customer care executive has told me there is not any facility available in pre-paid conection.
    I am noticing that my balance is geting short very speedly.

    So plz. make available for RIM (Pre-paid) users the same facility.

    I had activated my unlimited 995 on 25th of july.That time there were so many facilities including free calling on RTL nos. of bihar,mp,etc. But from 18th of august free calling on RTL nos. was closed from total plans and onnet packs.After sometime you provided a new onnet pack of 149. Which is activated in every plan except my unlimited 995 and 770.Rght now i am in mumbai and i have to face a lot of problems. I cannot change my no. and i cannot change my plan. What should I do? I have also sent my complaint to Nodal officer sir but I haven't got any resolution or feedback on mobile or email id.

    Angry deduction of balance without any information

    i want to complain about my reliance cdma connection, (9312206720) they have deducted my account balance by 30 rs. per month consecutivel for 2 months and when i tried to query for it , they had given me no response by saying it as a technical problem and did not given me the reason for that. also they did not registered my even complain , so i am complaining to you and want you to take action on this problem of mine... also the customer care executive "Mr. ARUN" of R.I.M mis behaved with me and i want you to take a proper action on him

    Post fraud in deduction of Rs30

    without my consent and my request reliance deducted Rs.30/ from A/C such type of fraud is very common with reliance services.stop doing this

    Angry complaint against reliance india mobile customer executive especially nitin & saroj.

    i want to complain about my reliance cdma connection, (9368067005) they have deducted my account balance by 10 rs. on 1st july & 10 rs. on 6th july, which is wrongly charged and when i tried to query for it on 1st july at night, they had given me no response by saying it as a technical problem and did not given me the reason for that.& when i told to mr. nitin i want to talk ur team leader pls transfer ur call to ur T.L. they didn't transfer their call and also disconnect the call also they did not registered my even complain, so i am complaining to you and want you to take action on this problem of mine... also the customer care executive "Mr. NITIN & MR. SAROJ" of R.I.M mis behaved with me and i want you to take a proper action on him. PLS PLS CALL ME FOR FURTHER DETAIL ON THIS NO....09368067005 , 09358011935.     Hello,
    As you mentioned that you have already registered your complaint with the Reliance India Mobile customer care but still not get any response, so we suggest you to send a written notice to the Nodal Officer via email or registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution with in the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    Question Worst network of reliance

    Regret to inform to you that Network of Reliance in very worst. We have a corporate connection with the name of On Dot Couriers & Cargo Ltd & our all work depend on Calling but due to bad network of Reliance we are loosing our clints from yesterday we are facing lot of problem due to this. Now we are complled to think again on our dession of taking Reliance service. Pls try to improve your services.

    Angry balance deduction after unsubscribe the service of Mvdo

    i subscribe for the service of MVDO before 4 months after the 1 week i unsubscribe the service but it still deduct my balance on my connection i call many times to customer care of RIM, they suggest me the service will be unsubscribe after 24 hour, i wait for it but my problem is not solved. so i take the step to complain yours. please take a immediately step about this. The last date of deduction balance is 7/08/10 my mob.no.9509192773.

    Default Unnecessary services activated and detect money

    I am a reliance prepared user from last 6 year every time i face lot of problem with rim now i am already activated do not disturb service on my no but every time i received unnecessary call and message and they every time activate the services and detect my money the are robbers the chet me every time when i call at customer care he say plz give all the caller details only after that we block the caller can its possible now we make a record and every day call at customer care sir today this today this one " i think rim is robber robber robber "

    Default Unauthorised deduction of balance from relinace mobile

    I have been using RELIANCE mobile connection in Delhi for last two years. The company has deducted forcefully balance from my balance account two times without my knowledge or consent. They activated AltVAudTalkies pack on my mobile which I never listened about. I never opted for it nor used it. In spite of repeated reminders and requests to customer care no. and email to customer care services. The company maliciously deducted from my account and is not reverting the amount.

    The company is sending a lot of advertise sms and unwanted calls to promote various packs daily 7-8 time. That is creating a lot of nuisance.
