    Default Complain against reliance

    I am a REliance GSM prepaid user in Madhya Pradesh.
    without my permission, They have deducted money from my account & Today i got SMS from Reliance care, By this sms i have to know that they activated some FILMYWORLD Service in my number.
    Hence I want this service to be deactivated and the amount to be refunded in my number.

    Default Money deduction and continues mails through value added services 56506 from Reliance

    Hi,

    I am using reliance GSM service(Number -8928775097) and since 'APRIL' I am getting messages from '56506' regarding the daily cricket update. I get about 20-25 messages daily whenever there is a cricket match. It also deducts 'Rs 5' as charge of the service daily. Since April I am calling them, registering complaints, mailing them each time I get assurance that the problem will be resolved Permanently but as soon as any series starts I get these mails.
    My mail box gets flooded due to these mails and I do not get business mails sometimes leading to a monitory loss. Reliance is least interested in solving customer problems.I have many voice recordings of negligence , mails from reliance which promise that the issue has been resolved permanently, mails which states that the issue has been resolved and all the mails from 56506.
    Please guide me through how one can reach the consumer court and file a complaint against Reliance as my issue is not resolved since '7 months'.
    If I can get any relief from this as soon as possible would be a good help.

    Unhappy Not able to recharge

    From years I am using Rs.69 terrif for night calling but this month I am not able to recharge my mobile with 69. It is saying "Transferrable ammount is not allowed".
    I contacted to customer care but its being 7-8 days and they are just giving me false info. They asked me to first recharge with 58 and then try. I did but still not able to recharge with 69.
    From last 5 days they are saying that they are working on this problem but I do not how much time it will take or what actually they are working

    Angry Compalin for deduction balance for non-sense reaso

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have a Reliance Mobile no. 9883774704 of Kolkata and it has being using from 2010. But unfortunately it is very disheartening matter that, such a brand company deducts balance for such a stupid reasons.

    There is no such kind of proper reasons, why you people deduct balance.

    I have also activated DND service on 01.12.2011, then how could a service message came and activated while pressing RED button from my mobile.

    Yesterday around 10 or 11pm a service message came and I pressed Red button of my mobile, today I checked my balance and found Rs.3/- has been deducted. Could you clarify me while pressing RED Button of my mobile, how could a service pack get activated automatically?

    Everyday a service message send to my mobile, and when I press RED Button or BACK option from my mobile, then how could a service pack get activated automatically?

    This has been a regular basis, each and every day I have to call up 198 and lodged a complaint to Customer Service for refunding my balance. Is this is a way to treat old Customers???

    This is a serious issue. I am sorry to state that, now days Reliance Company has just become a THEIF COMPANY.

    Another 2 nos. (8820703413 & 882070339) connections of Reliance I am using. Most of the time these numbers are kept “switched off”. And what the results came at the end of the day, regular a service pack get activated while mobile was switched off, and the balance become NIL. I called up several time, money was refunded and the same problem rise again and again…… This was ridiculous!!! And at present these numbers are not using from our side and I would suggest to my neighbor, family, colleague etc. not to take any Reliance connection.

    We save our mobile balance simple to call up people, not for your non-sense type of deductions.

    Request you to not send any service message or active any service pack against my mobile no. 9883774704.

    Default Network problem

    My name is chandan kumar . I am using reliance network from 7 years. But about 6 months i can not talk clearly.call droping is always occur.i am always talk to caustomer care but every call he only gives me a complain number but didn't do anything. My service request no is-159515223(06/09/11) ,153623990(27/05/11), . I wanted to know if you are unable to provide best service then tell me i will change your company,why you are spending my time and my money ?my mobile no is 9334232534.

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I have prepaid (9310078334) & postpaid(9311833953) connection of reliance & stay in jwalaheri Paschim vihar Delhi, in this area i am facing network problem from last 8 months this is so much irating call disconnect again & again mobile got unreachable so many times & one more thing they people activated missed call alert service on one of my no. with their own choice without my permission & intimation.
    please do the needful as i am facing the problem from 8-9 months .

    Default they stoped services of my fon and they r not star

    I m Arpit Jaiswal,
    I had bought a relince cdma sim from a retailer beside my home and i had submitted my all documents and i rechrge it with rupees 799 after 15 dayes, relince stoped my outgoing and incoming calls services. So iI had to go relince custmur care office at malviya nagar new delhi. she replys me that I should not purchase any sim with a retailer that is why my services is stopped. and I was redy to submitt my all documents again but she was not redy to keep that she told me that she will not give me form for it . she told me that you should manage a prepaid form then she will accept it.
    it means i can not get my number again and what about the loss of rs.799 and how can i manage a prepaid form.

    Question Reliance Broadband+ Recharge complaint

    I am using reliance broadband connect+. The relator told me unlimited recharge of 1000 rs. i did on yesterday that is on 13 feb 2012 at 6:48 pm. in mumbai. but didn't get any balance. then retailer told me that u r in Maharashtra u have to recharge of 1001 rs. i called to customer care then gave phone to retailer then he called to *399 and spoke to their customer care.now he tailing me that they said there is no revert of 1000 rs. I also spoke to territory manager of reliance in thane area Mr. Neeraj he gave me the trascaction id number. I spoke to again customer care and take the request number i.e 2660399458

    Details as follows:-

    Default Customer Care executive misguiding me.

    Sir,
    I am very disappointed with the way you people are running your customer care. Today at around 1-1.30 pm my balance got deducted without any reason and when I contacted your customer care, your executive Mr. Munish told me that my message pack of Rs. 39 got reactivated. But after some time I received a message from reliance that my callertunes service have been deactivated. Then I again contacted your customer care and there Mr. Gurpreet told me that my callertunes service was activated.
    I just want to know how can you people activate these kind of services when the user did not even ask for it and secondly why did your customer care executive lied to me when I asked him about my balance deduction.
    I would like you to look into this matter and I hope you to refund me the amount you people deducted without any reason.
