This is regarding reliance phone number my mother "Smita(Jayashree) Vilas Jadhav"
for last 7 years. We got this mobile in gift on Bike we purchased 6yrs back.
Initially it was on the name of my father "Vilas Gopal Jadhav."
Today 13 May 2011, Mobile suddenly got deactivate.
I tried Contacting You executives of call center :
Communication with Ravikant revealed that this number is not of eithers my mothers or fathers name.
Instead of helping in this situation this guy logged a complaint against my name saying i got this lost phone. Which is ideally of my mother.
and i am trying to intrude.
he denied to give information saying Security Issue.
Post which My Mother, Father personally visited RCOM Opera House, Chowpatty Branch of South Mumbai.
There people seemed to be help less saying they cannot help in the case since number is transferred to someone else's name.
When i had a telephony with those executives of RCOM Center. They said they cannot give information since this transfer
was initiated and due to improper document clearance this number is barred.

My Concerns Here:

1) There was name transfer done on from Vilas Gopal Jadhav to Smita(Jayashree) Vilas Jadhav name.
2) Some one Intruded in between with Name "Abdul Shaikh" and number got assigned against his name.

Firstly there was no such transfer initiated on guy name Abdul Shaikh from our end. Secondly,
How can reliance play with some ones personal data like this. This is now a security concern to me.
This this mobile number which is gone on some1's name is used by my mother for last 6years.

Also when we asked for the address of Abdul Shaikh (Transferee), Reliance did not help us on these grounds
disclaimer being security issues they cannot share.

I WANT TO KNOW HERE. WITH WHO's PERMISSION NUMBER GOT XFERED ON "ABDUL SHAIKH'S" Name

WHERE WAS SECURITY ISSUE DURING SUCH USELESS Stance..........?

As well all know now a days lot of terrorist activities are going on in Mumbai. This particular mistake is now a MAJOR Concern
to me. I need written Explanation on this so that i can take ahead this case to Consumer Court.

Reliance Guys Which were very much helpless and Useless from RCOM Opera House Branch.

1) Ravikant from Call Center.
2) Surendra Pratap Rathod - Store Manager
3) Wahid - Sales Guy. - When i asked him to talk over phone he denied.
