    Post Complaint against Reliance

    I purchased LG RD 6600 handset on 3rd May 2009 from Reliance Webworld,Juhu shopping center.I chose LG RD 6600 multimedia phone so that i can access e-mail and other online services.
    From 25th May onwards I'm not able to access R-Menu and Mobile Tv. It shows Error No 534.
    I went to Reliance webworld, Sion where i was told to dial *333 for customer care.
    I called up *333 following times:
    25/6/09 5.19pm
    26/06/09 7.58pm
    27/06/09 7.15pm,7.21pm,8.20pm,8.34pm
    30/06/09 7.47pm,.48pm
    02/07/09 2.43pm,2.58pm,.03pm

    So Far I've received following messages:

    24/06/09 ,SR.no.101867383, R-Mobile service is activated.Please do power recycling and acess r world.
    26/6/09 ,SR.no.102066560, please visit ASC for binary ugradation.

    I viisted LG ASC, sion on 26/06/09 and a wee later and did binary upgardation.
    I've Receipt No. R2606660929,From Cybergyan convergence & services,Sion.
    They also sent e-mail request to reliance customecare.

    Still the problem continued.LG has made it clear that there is no problem in handset.Problem is in SIM card (From Reliance).I again called *333 to inform them this but all people contued saying "Upgarde from LG ASC." I also made LG ASC techinicial make call to reliance yesterda,02/07/09, 3.03 pm which lasted 38minutes,where I spoke to Mr Karthik, the authority at customercare, he just said, "Give me time.I'll get back to you."After 7pm, he left the job of updating me the progress to his subordinates, who kept on informing me, "Sir we are working out."

    At the end of the day, neither they (relinace) could give me solution nor any valid reason.

    Reliance has misleaded me, they have failed to restart my service.

    They should do the analysis of calls I made to *333 from my mobile : 9324246499.
    The authority, M. Karthik should take the responsiblity of failure to satisy his custmer (me) with solution for problem.


    Reliance should copansate me. for disconecting my r world & mobile tv service with effect from 24/05/09 and the causing headache, waisting my money,efforts and time in doing trips and call to Reliance and LG ASC.

    Default Reliance Net connect wrong bill

    I am holding a netconnect broadband+ account no.: 9339523415

    I was on a 10GB plan. as I thought i would exceed by 10 GB limit i called up customer care and asked do you have an add on option..to which i was suggested that I can get a 10 GB night add on plan and my total bill would be Rs. 1298

    I was also informed that for the new 10GB night plan I would only get the applicable usage on pro rata basis...but was never informed that the plan I already am having(10 gb city wide) will be terminated and a new plan would be set in....no information...no warning.....I had even asked the guy what my current usage was and he told me its some 4GB...

    if i had known i would be paying some extra 7K for this would i not have bought a new connection......


    Now when I get my bill I am told your previous plan of 10Gb got terminated on 29th june and as you had used more than the pro rata at that time you will be charged some INR 6700 for it....Now what the heck is this


    1. If i my earlier plan was terminated why was I not informed by the customer care agent.

    2. The 10 GB night plan appeared as an add on pack till june now there is no such plan so you guys start cheating customers by telling them they had changed plan

    3. as far as my bill is concerned by peak time usage is around 9.7 GB(for the period 25th june to 25 july) and off peak usage is 7.5 so it should be considered within limits.

    4. If you are changing rules, like turning add on packages to package change , are you not supposed to inform the customer.

    5. On one single bill without informing the customer how can you charge two separate charges on two pro rata basis.

    6. you guys must be out of your minds to think i would be paying 8000 rs for using 9.7 GB(peak) and 7.5GB(off peak) during the month when my total allowed usage is 20GB.

    7. even my credit limit is set at rs. 2000...so how can they send me a bill of rs 8000 without informing or warning

    Default Barring outgoing on post paid cdma connection and delaying the complaint process

    Hello the most unreliable connection of the world... The great reliance...

    How does it feel when a customer complains that he or she is getting a problem with the outgoing when they have already paid their bills.....????????

    How is it possible that reliance which claims itself to be the number one company, have loopholes in the fixing of a customer problem?????????

    I have a reliance post paid connection and my outgoing is barred...i am not giving out my number here because of security reasons..

    I have paid all my bills but my outgoing is barred... Why????? And when ever i go to the reliance center .. The officials always tell me that in one or two days my connection will work... Plzzz at least if there is not help possible.. Do not give false hope.... Why will i be paying the company when i do not have the benefit of the outgoing...

    What am i supposed to do in such a situation... I can only give up on the connection.... Or my problem can be solved..

    Default poor netwrok and signals of reliance data card the worst connection

    i have reliance 3.1 Mbps data card since the day i bought this data card i.e. 23 may 2009 i m facing low speed and poor signals problem . i had complaint to reliance customer care so many times every time they say they wld look into the issue. but nothing is done
    recently also i was facing poor network problem i complaint in 24 dec 2009 today its 29 jan 2010 .
    so far i had called up emailed relaince so many times evrytime they say technical support is working .
    Its been more than 1 month now and they really dont bother and are not at all concerned about after sales service of their product .
    when it comes to payment of bill then during last few days frm the due date of bill these people are calling up and reminding me to pay bill on time
    and when it comes to rectify the issue then no one bother to call

    such a horrible service and its my helpness that i cant return this modem back i paid 3500 for this .

    sir, i am vanita sharma and i want to say that you have barred my outgoing calls because some one have done the fake complaint that he/she had lost his/her sim card having number 9024590011 but sir this is my sim card.So i request you to restart my outgoing calls immediately.I will remain extremely grateful to you.

    Default Postpaid card activation fraud

    RECENTLY I APPROACHED TO ONE OF YOUR OFFICE IN TARABAI PARK FOR POSTPAID CONNECTION. YOUR EXECUTIVE NAMED Mr ABHIJIT ASKED ME TO MEET A CERTAIN MARKETING MAN. AFTER 2 DAYS MARKETING MAN COMES UP WITH DOCUMENTS AND NUMBERS. I SELECT THE NUMBER 9326752627. THE MARKETING MAN ASKS FOR RS 550/- AS AN ACTIVATION AND DEPOSIT. I GAVE HIM AND ASKED FOR RECEIPTS. HE SAYS THAT HE WILL GIVE THEM WITHIN AN HOUR . AFTER THAT MARKETING MAN VANISHES WITH ALL THE DOCUMENTS ( ELECTRIC BILL ,2-NOS OF PHOTOS) AFTER WAITING FOR A WEEK I ENQUIRED FOR THE CONNECTION Mr ABHIJIT FIRES MARKETING MAN ON PHONE AND ASK HIM TO COMPLETE THE PROCEDURE. THE MARKETING MAN SAYS HE WILL ACTIVATE THE CONNECTION WITHIN AN HOUR. AFTER WAITING FOR ANOTHER WEEK I APPROACHED TARABAI PARK OFFICE AND FILE A WRITTEN COMPLAINT. NOBODY RESPONSES ! TWO OF YOUR OFFICERS EVEN ARE NOT INTERESTED IN PICKING UP THE CALL! ( I HAVE TRIED FOR AT LEAST 20 TIMES) THE MOST DISCOURAGING FACT COMES OUT. THE BIG NAMED COMPANY LIKE THIS POSSESS THIS UGLY SERVICE STRANDED. FURTHER NOBODY EVEN CARE ABOUT THAT. ITS MATTER OF 550RS FOR ME BUT COMPANY'S REPUTATION?     Hello Consumer Court Members,

    Always post your complaint with your full contact details, we are mentioning few steps that may help you before going to the consumer forum, first register your complaint with the customer care and in case you are not happy with the customer care then send a written notice to the nodal office via registered post or you can also email your complaint, wait for their response and revert us back.

    Angry The worst wap connection in the world that i had ever faced.

    I had been using reliance(smart),9861682446 from past 5 years.in our city mobile internet was introduced a year ago.i started using it now coz i stay abroad most of the time.
    First of all i dint receive a correct setting(for my phone, nokia n97) for the wap services, i had to call the customer care a dozen times in order to make them send the settings trough their computer.still then i dint receive the correct settings. And each time i ask the customer care fellow to connect me to their supervisor or manager regarding this problem, they just say to wait on line and then they hang up.its such a disgrace for the company to have call centres like these where the managers and supervisors don't want to hear the customer complaints.
    Secondly, after struggling through the manual settings, i finally got the connection, but the wap connection doesn't stay connected even for 5 minutes.every time a page opens, the wap connection gets disconnected and never connects.and rest of the time it never connects only.
    The call centre fellows say that its my phone fault.but i had been using the same phone all around the world, u.s,uk,russia...etc. No where it gave me a problem like this.really this network sucks.i am tired of this network now and never want to use it again.even my friends have the same problem. Reliance wap services is a failure(may be in our city). But if they are not so competent enough to provide a service, then why do they start the service and suck money out of it?? Reliance is not going to pay my money back which they had deducted from my balance!!! Really its the worst network in the world that i have ever faced.i don't think the company will survive any longer....

    I am Lubna Ansari, I have activated 599 plan at 9:14 pm 08-june-2010, and a top up of 30 rs to avail facility of free R2R calling, but when i made a call on my reliance mobile then my balance was deducted from my accnt , when i inquire from helpdesk they lodeged a complaint and they are saying it will take three days, may I know who will pay this 3 days,
    and who will pay for pain and mental harassment Reliance people have given to me.
    I'll surely sue this company , becoz ealier also many times I faced such problems, this company(Reliance) is full of fraud,
    My mobile no is 9313218429..
    and my complaint No. is 128784615

    Do the Needful at the earliest.....

    Thumbs down Poor network service in West singhbhum,jharkhand

    I purchase a smart connection sim but it's not working. So many time take call at *333 which is customer care survice but it is a unvalid number.

    hey i m your customer since february 2010.....my reliance number is 8010306522.......my complaint is that my balance becomes zero whenever i recharge.i have been facing this problem from recent past.yesterday i recharged with rs20.today morning my balace became rs-9.44.I think some scheme has been subscribed without my consent.i request you to kindly unsubcribe all my subscibed schemes and retain my balance.
