Hi,

I am extremely unhappy with service provided by tata docomo.
a) I took you card for blackberry service via internet ad but it took about 20-30 days to activate the service.
b) I applied for sms pack which initially got activated by later on i receive a bill claiming entire sms charges.
c) You have billed my extra for other services as well.
d) I sent a mail for reversal of the charges but i newer got proper response as well as my phone got disconnected without even a prior notice (I had already distributed this no to my clients and hence has to face lot of inconvenience).

Now I am daily getting calls from some new executives who newer gets back. I have wasted lot of my time explaining them on the issue but next day someone else calls. So i request you to please check the case properly and call me only after doing your homework.
